No time the last couple of days for the
SG. As you can see I only got in 1.5h on Day 54. Great stretching as usual, but not a lot of time and had an unwanted day off the next day.
So what's clamping with the
SG? When I use the
SG, I'm always partially erect at the beginning strapping in with the velcro and I used to wait until I was flaccid. After a while I started strapping in partially erect and really tightening the velcro behind an engorged head. I wasn't 100% erect so I could still tighten the strap to 80-90% of what I usually do when flaccid.
I've been doing this for about 3-4 weeks. In a way it's similar to clamping by trapping blood while engorged. I had some fun with my GF (haven't for a while), and noticed that my head was HUGE. Noticeably much larger than before I started using the
SG this way.
I always felt the
SG took blood away from the head while being strapped in and at first use I got longer, but the head didn't match the growth. With this method, the problem is gone. I'd say my head is conservatively 50-75% larger than before. It's ridiculous and it felt awesome seeing the size of it. I've also never done any head size Penis Enlargement before so this could be results from a new exercise.
Needless to say, I've continued strapping in this way and on a bad day can wear it with the clamped head for approximately 2 hours. I check very often to make sure I'm not getting numb (or having it be numb for too long - 5-10 minutes is okay). I also don't lock the stretches because I notice I have to re-adjust the strap in much faster this way and get less of a couple hour stretch.
As for my session yesterday, it went extremely well at 9 hours of total use. I started locked stretches 5 hours in just to get that extra stretch and change the routine, but I felt it was less effective than regular use. It wasn't until approximately 6 hours in that I could no longer do the clamp method with my penis getting tired. Best of all I had rock hard EQ all night from the extended session.
I had some stretch marks and used some polysporin and they seem to have gone away after a couple of applications.
Don't rush, don't add extra bars if you're not ready, and use the
SG as prescribed. It WILL give gains. I could add the extra bars, but I would rather have a comfortable long term stretch which I get now from the current setup without any slippage at a high spring rate.
