As I've said, my initial impressions of it are very positive. And, to boot, Bib has the best customer service I have ever experienced - ever! I will probably write an in-depth review of the Bib and of my deglitching efforts with it so as to help people new to the device - when I get a little more time.
 
I wrap with a similar piece - a 20 inch 2.5 inch THERABAND only.

And because I pump I constantly adjust the settings which is a pain but oh well.

I like to see you doing so many sets at once. That is a shortcut to hit lig fatigue when your penis cannot handle much more weight on the BIB from what I have experienced. I also notice what different areas sd and btc hit more than ever.

I am currently maxing out at 10 pounds for sets (max is 20 pounds for 10 min) as I am thrashed. I am going to do my best to stay in this state.

Let us know what kind of damage you were able to create.

Maybe we should go to BIB's site to see if anyone would like to be a part of this hangoff? They would be more than welcome...

We could even use the good old recruiting line "we are looking for a few good hangers".

I would shoot Bib an email first to see if he wouldn't mind us posting something like that. Although I'm pretty sure he wouldn't care, it would be best just to see.

I don't really feel much stress from the sets I did today. Tomorrow, however, I plan to do much more: 10lbs in lieu of 8lbs and, as I have mentioned, 6 sets of SD and 3 or so sets of SO with the rice-sock. I should probably post this routine-template at Bib's to see what feedback he can give on it.

The Bib is an excellent and sturdy piece of Penis Enlargement equipment. It's really unfortunate that I didn't start with it instead of the other hangers I have cycled through. The Bib is undoubtedly where it is at - the vets recommend it for a reason. I did 8lbs with it today, yet, because I didn't reach the fatigue level I wanted with it, I will hang 10lbs tomorrow. My plan is to do something like this: Hang 6 consecutive sets SD at some fatigue-inducing weight. My secondary angle will be SO with a rice-sock. Obviously, between each set I will be dry jelqing as I feel that this is an imperative. I'm still experimenting with the various settings trying to get the correct gap set at both the bottom and the top of the hanger. However, currently, using the ace wrap, I have the adjustment nuts at the bottom of the hanger about .3" or so out, almost exactly the out-of-the-box settings. With this arrangement I can close the top of the hanger very tightly and the hanger itself does not slip, nor does it ride too heavily on the area just behind the top part of the glans. If anyone has any questions are recommendations, please state them.

This actually sounds very good. Something else I did due to hanging an average of 12 (yep, 4 hours total) sets a day, when I was hanging; I would stay wrapped. This kept me from having to unwrap/rewrap. Figured this out pretty early on. It's especially a good idea when using the 'Ace' wrap. That stuff starts to compress after a couple sets. In other words, after your first couple sets, you will probably find yourself tightening your hanger (top wing nut of course) a little more than the first set or two. My hanger would always start out feeling a little 'too' tight, then after the first couple sets, I would have to snug it down a little more than when I started.
 
Just wanting to check in to see how everyone is progressing. Now that the hangoff is underway perhaps this is a prime time to solicit everyone's routine and the devices they are using.

The routine that I have concretized is as follows:

6 sets of SD at fatigue-inducing weight such that in-between each set (which are all performed CONSECUTIVELY) I do about 5-10 minutes of dry jelqing. Additionally there is no more than 10-12 minutes of rest between each set.

3 sets of SO with a rice-sock at a fatigue inducing weight such that in-between each set (which are all performed CONSECUTIVELY) I do about 5-10 minutes of dry jelqing. Additionally there is no more than 10-12 minutes of rest between each set.

I typically do the SD sets in the morning and the SO sets in the afternoon.

I am using the Bib Starter.

I am using the standard BIB.

I am focusing more on fatigue than types and ratio's of angles.

I am consistanly doing 180 minutes per day, which is 9 sets of 20 minutes. Once the SD and BTC are at my desired fatigue state I move to other angles. I consider these a bonus only, and use them to start chipping away at my tunica consistantly.

Excellent stuff there! I focused only on fatigue as well. I got the best results from BTC, and occasionally SD, but my main focus was BTC, because it always gave me the most consistent pull, and fatigue....plus I could just sit there and read, or watch t.v. I think I went through 3 or 4 books a month sometimes ;)
 
Well, anyone else care to update? I'm up to 13lbs with the Bib. As with Airshy, the transition to the Bib has been less problematic than I had originally expected. I'm also ADSing for 3-4 hours following the completion of my routine.

I'm thinking a killer routine would be hanging at least 4 sets a day with the BIB + a few hours of ADS or ADH (light hanging tension with knee strap with the vacuum hanger). That'd be the best of both worlds!
 
I think that combo would rock as well. Especially if you got that up to 6-9 sets a day with the BIB.

jqsderrida - have you taken any new BPSFL measurements again?

Congrats on the gain!!! I was wondering if the last month has paid off and it has indeed.

I would think more people would want to jump on the hangoff. We should maybe start accepting anyone who is pulling on their penis long enough every day to make a real gain haha.

As long as they're doing it with a hanger. The hangoff is for the hanging community at MOS.

Yeah it is a killer routine, throw in some manuals too and your good to go:s
 
Just make sure to hang enough weight in the first 2-3 sets to reach fatigue and have to back off the weights.

That when you reach the point where you can actually hang all day long "till the end of time"you will have to hang your max weight again when you don't feel fatigue as much, just making conversation, I think it's pretty obvious that you would understand that you would need to do that.
