It´s great to know that the soreness at the base will eventually go away, I thought that the soreness was chronic as you keep exercising.
Another question. I use baby powder on my glans and also my hand every time. It's something you mentioned before in another thread and it's great but it's getting too hot here in Denmark. My hands are getting too sweaty and slippery meaning I'm forced to squeeze harder on my glans to hold the grip to complete the repetition which is very painful. The penis look deformed after the second set and the skin is very irritated.
Do you have a solution for this?
I orded a couple of
silicone sleeves I hope they can give me a better grip. Fingers crossed.
