Bros, I have been so exited to make this post. I have been doing DLD's
newbie routine for 3 weeks, consistently, with just one rest day per week.
Anyways, my measurements 3 weeks ago were : 6.5' EL, 5.7 EG, and 4.1'
FL (both not bone pressed, and or stretched out as I don't believe much in those type of measurements, I know I might get blasted for that but fuck it).
I know I should have waited at least a month and a half to two, but I saw gains. I measured this morning after waking up to my girl saying my boner was larger than the usual, so fuck it I measured after she gave it some love. It turns out I went from 6.5' to 6.8' in just 3 weeks (I have never passed the 6.5 measurement, no matter how raging hard my dick was), no bullshit. That is a .3' inch gain, not bad for 3 consistent weeks. I have also been using the
Bathmate for 15-20 min 3 times a week before stretching. I have avoided using
size genetics for now, as I am getting my penis used to consistent PE, and also considering getting a phalosan, as It looks comfortable enough to wear while a sleep, or at least more than the
size genetics.
Anyways, for any lurkers that are skeptical, try this routine, its simple, not time consuming, and efficient for newbie's, this shit WORKS. That goes for the fuckers at PE gym and �other PE site� who claim DLD's routine is a fraud.
