Hello brothers, I'm new as well though i've made a couple of posts before. My current size is around the average (6.1-6.4 bp, around 5" girth). Although my girlfriend is absolutely okay with my size, I'd personally like to have a little more.

I've started PE around 1.5 months ago, tested a few routines in different PE websites but finally settled with thenewbie routine in this forum since the last week (stretching + jelqing). My goal is 7" nbpel, which means about 7.5" bpel since i have a fat pad of around 0.5".

No matter what any guy tells you, as big as he may be, we all want a little more. We find out quickly that we are not doing this for our women, that it is something we HAVE to do for ourselves. The lessons learned will not only increase your size but your self. Confidence is all about loving yourself, and the parts you don't love work to correct and perfect.

Great place to start and see some awesome gains. The basic stretching portion is really incredible as it hits every possible angle and the jelqing is foundational to prepare you for the next level exercises. Be sure to read through the SRT Thread to get a good handle on advanced gaining and healing. Welcome to the Brotherhood!

Very true. Completely agree.
 
Is there any limitation on how much you can gain?
And then measure your erect length, do you want to be at 100% erect state? Because then i am larger than i though

This is yet to be discovered, there are many men, like myself, who have been involved for years and we are still making gains. As you grow and become bigger it does become increasingly difficult to gain but this is dealt with by increasing the intensity of the workouts or including more powerful methods. SRT is a great routine that is at the top of the charts as far as gaining with consistency. I have gained far more than I could have ever dreamed of and to keep that going I always am inventing new exercise, routines or using equipment to speed the process. Best equipment, that every PE practitioner should have are The BathMate, the SizeGenetics and the LengthMaster, with these tools and the SRT Workout there seems to be little limitation to growing.

I'm in week 4 of DLD's beginner routine and already feeling great. I've also applied a few SRT principles to the routine, like wrapping after stretching and staying expanded after girth work for as long as I can. I think it's really helping with recovery since I have yet to turtle and am waking up hard as a rock every morning. I'm also kegeling like a mad man and my EQ is already improving. I look forward to the gains ahead of me!

Starting Stats 6/16/14:
NBPEL 5.0"
BPEL: 5.5"
EG 4.75"

Goal:
BPEL: 7.0"
EG: 5.5"

Welcome to the Brotherhood Jack! I am happy the beginners program is working out so well for you. It is also impressive that you are taking cues from SRT so quick in your arrival, it is the smartest way to gain and heal. The first signs of things working are harder erections, and the Kegels are greatly helping this. Your goals are very attainable, I would look for that first inch in the first couple months, especially applying SRT. I wish you the best and if you have any questions or concerns feel free to ask.
 
Hi Jack and welcome. I just wondered how much kegels you were doing, seems like you are really getting good results.
I am currently on the beginner phase like you, started PE for almost a week ago. Didn't really do much kegel but i am going to do much more of them from now and on.

I started the first two weeks strictly with the beginner's routine. Now, I kegel whenever i'm sitting or standing around, while still following my girth work with the beginner's kegel routine. I honestly couldn't tell you how many kegels I do throughout the day, I just make sure I squeeze hard.

If I were you, I would do a few weeks of the beginner's routine and really focus on solid contractions while you do them. If that goes well, then try and add some throughout your day, or just increase the number of kegels you do with the beginner's routine.

Very true! I wish i came across PE much earlier. I was bogged down by "average is 5.5, so you're good". But later i realised I don't care what the average is and I just want a bigger one!

One the other hand, being Asian, a part of me wants to disprove the myth of asians having small ones.

Thanks :) I'm starting to see some results already. I notice my flaccid size has increased somewhat and i can stretch to bigger lengths than I used to be able to. Erection length increased by 0.4" I've been doing pe exercises since about 2 months, but i started SRT 2 weeks ago before I began to see increase in length. I am really grateful for the materials in this forum.

I know this for myself, every size I ever wanted to be and accomplished eventually I wanted more.

I have a question. It's been a week since i've been in phaze 1. Is it okay to take a day's rest??
It's saturday today. I started from last sunday and I feel my penis is a little raw & exhausted.
Is it alright if take the day off today, and also a day off once in a week from now on?? Please tell me. Thanks.

Welcome to the brotherhood! Listen to your body and when you feel that you need rest take it. Your body will let you know. Rest days are something many guys use. Some men train every other day some do 5 on 2 off. In the beginning you may need more rest until you become used to the training. I wish you the best!
