My first inch came from this:
Jelq 15 minutes (flaccid)
SRT stretch routine ( i didnt do this exactly, i only did left up right down, but do all angles it works better)
Follow this in order-
At month 1-3 (1 day on 1 day off):
Jelq 15 minutes
Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 30 seconds
At month 5 (2day on 1 day off/ OR 3 day on 1 day off):
(stopped jelqing and focused on length)
Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 1 minute
At month 6-11 (5 day on 2 day off/ OR 6 days on 1 day off/ OR every day):
1)Erect stretch 5 minutes ( move up to 10 minutes when you can handle it)
2)__________ stretch 5 minutes (move up to 10 minutes when you feel you can handle it)
^^^Those two will loosen up everything making it easier to stretch (in my opinion)
3)Hold each stretch in every angle hard for 1 minute 30 seconds OR 2 minutes
4)Side to Side routine (

5) Bundled stretching 1 minute every angle
Once you've done that do the same routine in month 6-11 but for the normal stretching add another round or set. So 1 set is stretching up, down, left right or whatever. That's 1 round, after you advance do 2 rounds so you repeat everything twice only for the normal stretching, not the __________ or erect or side to side or bundles.

At months 1-6 I gained 1 inch, then 6-11 i gained another inch. I hope this help. AND PLEASE, with every stretch, stretch as hard as possible. If you need grip, use a soft towel, maybe those powder gloves, or something.
Also pleas experiment on different exercises feel free to substitute exercises with another one. And let us know if it hurts or something.
