It's awesome I have discovered all these stretches that I have never done before. All of these stretches certainly would have saved me all the hours I dedicated to hanging years ago, thereby possibly making the same gains I made in hanging or maybe even better results.
I have discontinued my hanging routine for now that I am doing all these stretches such as the __________ Stretch, __________ V Stretch, DLD Blasters Bundled Downwards and Upwards, A- Stretches Downwards and Upwards, Rotary Stretches, and especially incorporating the reverse kegals into my rountine are a great idea.
I can do these stretches twice a day before and after work in under 1 hour.
