I get the most length during a length workout doing this exercise. I can hit 5.75'' flaccid hang after these where as other exercses i only get 5.5'' flaccid hang. I've been doing 1 min sets, i might drop down to 30 sec sets for more power in the pull. 1 min feels like im pulling hard but can't sustain close to 100% effort for a minute. If i pull really hard i can feel that inner stretch by my ass.
