Sorry I didn't word it very well did I oops, I'll try again. I was doin another routine to get to 8 X 6, which was my goal. I then switched to the routine I described to stay at that size, and holy shit I gained half an inch in length and girth in no time(oops above my goal size now) so yeah I eased up on the routine I described a little. what do you mean exactly? did you ease off a more intense routine you originally had, or did you take more rest from this routine you described here?
