no not really. they came within the first year,then I stopped due to privacy reasons,then took multiple long deconditioning breaks to try to break through plateaus, and just started again 2 weeks ago?. MM... looking at your stats, nice gains. How did they come over the three years... quick and slow down? Length then girth?
For the most part yes,but lost around 0.2 in length. Back to basics,newbie stretches,hanging and Girth program (SRT 5x5x3)So you were able to keep your gains though... so that is encouraging! Nice stats...
Glad to be back at PE? Settle in to an exercise routine yet?
It is very powerful, so want one myself, one day, get used to manual stretches then upgrade to the next level

What would be reasonable to move from newbie to LM and/or hanging? Especially inquisitive to hanging... how much weight do you start with?
my max weight was 12kgLike hanging? Never tried that but seems like a exercise that would promote accelerated length gains. How much weight?
Finally a nice day to get outside and do some physical work and fresh air... finishing off with a nice relaxing pumping session to complement this mornings stretching workout. ?

newbie stretching routine completed this AM following a good warm up and bundled stretch session.
One comment... after stretching yesterday morning, did a really good warm up session last before pumping session... I could not believe how significant flaccid stretch was. Seemed very “stretchy”...
so here is a new member question...how can you tell if stretch is limited to ligaments... tunica...other? I can’t really differentiate yet ?
