How safe?

A risk is always present with pe if you go to intense and with the power assist it multiplies normal manuel work by many times, it has to be felt to be appreciated as I really do think guys are underestimating how effective the PA is ... think of it as an afterburner on a jet fighter.

With this exercise also being applied directly to the ligaments, it will be very intense and when done with the PA it can be unreal and caution is advised because if you did yank too much than the potential is present for the ligament to become torn or worse still, detached or completlely severed which is highly unlikely as they are very strong like steel cables but I would reckon a tear or detacHydromaxent is more on the cards if too much force applied, so please know your limits with this one and if your a newbie please do it with light intensity.

Good advice!

I'm really shocked this exercise has got hardly any attention compared to Blue_Whale's other stetch the __________ secret which as I stated in that thread isnt anything really new but this ... this is very potent and has massive potential.

I do my own variation with the PA but useing Blue_Whale's theory on hooking those ligaments and massive props to him for getting this exercise on here, I know we havent always seen eye to eye and agreed on things but hey I think thats better, who wants someone who always agree's with them? but this exercise imo is the bee's knee's and I would suggest more men try them and see for themselves, dont ignore the potental of this.

Im glad you stayed honest REDZULU.I never had or have anything against you.
On the contrary i respect you you are my brother. We are all same and we are all one.
You are great contributor and Penis Enlargement representative the thing is we only had a few discussions in which we didnt agree which is perfectly normal but you got emotional a little bit and i like to have discussions without the interference of emotions so i may seem a little cold at times but in reality i wish you all the best.
Remember we are all same.

p.s. You are right very few people if any have realized the true potential of this exercise.

I still don't get this exercise....i.e. the "hooking the ligament" part. Where is my ligament? How do you locate it? Is it near the base?

Can someone help an idiot out here?

Yeah, I'm also not sure where exactly to grab...more details would be welcome

Quoted from Blue_Whale himself

First thing is that you get in front of the table that is high enough around your belly button.Close to 1 m in height.

Next thing is you lift your right leg and plant it on the table firmly with the whole foot like you are doing extremely deep lunge.
Your opposite leg is firmly on the floor also.
What this does it prestreches your ligament.

Now take your right hand and grab around the glands with an reverse OK grip
and stretch your dick behind you similar like BTC stretch but not that upward rather behind and away from you.

Now take your opposite hand at the same time and hook your ligament which is located on the right side of your pubic bone and hook it.You hook your ligament with an index finger like you were trying to actualy brake your ligament.

Now pull the two hands away from each other (right hand behind and away from you ) and hooked ligament in front of you.

Two opposite hands are pulling away from each other in opposite direction.
What this does is creates enormous pressure on your ligament.

I like this exercise but because of time constraints I have been focusing on the Blue Whale __________ Stretch.
But this exercise is really good!
If anyone is unsure where to hook the ligs then read through the entire thread, the info is there.

I advise anyone whos serious about Penis Enlargement that gives this exercise a try.
You wont regret it.Just try it and if you dont like it flush it down the toilet but just try it and you be the judge on how effective this exercise is.

If anyone has any questions regarding details about this exercise like Mr.Anth said just read the whole thread there are multiple detailed explanations.Thx.

exactly how much power can be used for this stretch? everytime i hook the ligament i feel so scared to pull it because it feels so intense. plus its quite hard to tell if i am actually hooking a ligament or my veins, how exactly do i know?

PS. HAS ANYONE ACTUALLY HAD ANY MASSIVE GAINS IN A MONTH YET?

great exercise blue whale but very scary lol

I've been useing these in my routine for awhile now, see my thread in the routines section if you want the details and I've now got length at 8.3 inches from 8 inches so I think 100% that this stretch helped me ALLOT because it was the backbone to my routine.

Nothing to be scared about ;) you surely know what your ligament feels like compared to a vein? if not I'm worried LMAO j/k

The ligament feels like a cable and very strong while the vein isn't like that at all.

Strength to use is allot and go for it but you will know from instinct how much force to use and the burning sensation will kick in which is telling you that the ligaments are being stretched very forcefully and not to keep pulling too much more.

persevere

Dont limit yourself with sets and reps just give all you got till you cant do a single repetition that is the only way you will know you gave 100 %.
