A risk is always present with pe if you go to intense and with the power assist it multiplies normal manuel work by many times, it has to be felt to be appreciated as I really do think guys are underestimating how effective the PA is ... think of it as an afterburner on a jet fighter.
With this exercise also being applied directly to the ligaments, it will be very intense and when done with the PA it can be unreal and caution is advised because if you did yank too much than the potential is present for the ligament to become torn or worse still, detached or completlely severed which is highly unlikely as they are very strong like steel cables but I would reckon a tear or detacHydromaxent is more on the cards if too much force applied, so please know your limits with this one and if your a newbie please do it with light intensity.
