This method is working on my flaccid hang at the moment which will transfer into erect gains. The exercise isnt really anything special at all when you break it down as all its doing is pulling the ligament into opposite directions by the hooking motion or as blue whale says ''tear your penis apart'' or a tug of war motion but as we cant grab the ligament with our hands its done via this route.
It seems to work more effective at hitting the ligaments and I gauge this with temp gains afterwards and the feel aswell for now.
As your not pulling anything else and just the ligaments than thats all is being stretched, the ligaments so thats why blue_whale calls it the mother of lig stretches as it bypases the other stuff and gets straight into the ligs.
I will add this ... that I have already figured a more effective manner to do this exercise with the
power assist and its still the same setup as this, with the legs on the higher surface so they are pre-stretched but your not having to fuck about with that hooking stuff which isnt practical in the longrun as you get red sores all over the side of your shaft, like me already.

power assist exercise very soon once I get some nice illustrations up and you will be even able to get MORE force behind it than doing it manuelly.
Than you have a device if you will for targetting this ligament to the penis iteself directly like never before and its took be hours figuring it out and how to set the thing up right.
I have spoken to blue_whale a few times in the chatroom and he seems a genuine guy who is helping others and has plans to make a device that will target this ligament directly for approx $300, so keep your eyes open for that!
He [BW] made a good point in that when they do penile enlargement surgery, they always cut the right side of the ligaments as its triangle shaped and does occur to the elft side and I put this to BW as to why that side is not stretched and he told me about the surgery and how that works with the right side being cut. BW also mentioned that he has not had odd growth from the right side being stretched more than the left side.
The potential is massive but I feel to get the best you must really master that tricky hooking technique or better still use the
power assist with the method I will post tommorow as it will ROCK YOUR WORLD and is already leading me onto better flaccid gains! albeit temp now they will aspire to be permanent.
My feelings are aswell that this should be done on both sides of the penis as the ligament extends to both sides and not just the right side.
Lastly, Supra had an exercise similer setup to this but didnt have the 'hooking' motion like this but its very similer with its legs on a higher surface and attacking the ligaments directly by pulling them to several directions. See
here < So if you CANNOT get into this for now because of the hooking motion than try that and see how it goes albeit you wont be going as intense on the ligament like with this, as your not pulling in opposite directions but still its intense and you could add a 'spin' to it if you use your brains.
