Since the title of this thread also mentions "perfect body", I'll just share (again) this piece of info with you guys.
Life has caught up with me for about 4 years, bla, bla, bla, no time for exercising, lack of discipline, different priorities, bla, bla, bla.
Skip forward to 1 month ago I finally make a point in getting back to running. Nothing too intense, I'm just doing 20 minutes of running and I've been able to do it around 5-6 times now. I've been wanting to do it 3 times a week, but so far I haven't been able to, so one week I did it 2 times and the others only once.
Ever since
the very first time I went back to running, I
immediately started getting really strong morning wood again.
Now, before I got back to running, I was having big trouble with my stamina in bed. Sometimes, I couldn't finish because I would run out of gas, basically.
Today, though, not only did I go running for some more 20 minutes – at a faster pace than previously, mind you – (after a 60 rep jelq session), after a couple of hours the libido kicked in and I banged my wife reaaaally niiiiiice. It was no sex marathon, but I felt my stamina had improved greatly. Plus, my EQ never let me down.
So, to sum it up,
if you want to take your PE to the next level, make sure to include some cardio in it.
It helps with your vascularity (indispensable for growth results) and your stamina. Plus, it helps with weight loss, so it gets you closer to "a perfect body".
