I've been doing the first Width exercise in the members area. But it was getting such hard work on my triceps LOL. (I've done Martial Arts and Strength and Conditioning for years, I felt weaker the day after!)
I looked for a lever. Used a hair spray can first, but then I got an old Police Baton where the handle had come off.
Stick that under one leg, over my dick, then lever it down with the other hand under the other leg!
Not so easy to do for the first 1/3 but the other 2/3's are easy.
You can ease your legs along while the blood gets pushed out gradually.
REcently, a couple times I've been like 'Right that's it' and shoot for noticable gains every two weeks. Work towards that.
Whereas before, I used to take days off to rub back in red/purple dots. I didn't push hard enough really.
Nowadays that's a joke. If I dont' see a li'l bit of bruising I didn't go hard enough haha.
The dots always go away if you massage before going to bed (couple hours after my session), then the next day at lunchtime. One more time at night and there shouldn't be anymore (or do another session and start that over again). Might be the occasional permanent faded one though, but hardly noticable and sacrfifices have to be made.
Taken a long time. Perhaps I shoould've posted here before huh? Will measure tonight, started at about 4 7/8 girth at the end near the head and now it's about 5 1/4. But I started years ago!
Right now I'm doing 6x5 with width Friday and Saturday night, and about 5 hours in a cock ring to keep it pumped. 3 nights/week I only have time for 2x6 with 2 hours in the cock ring. Never done that overnight though (I won't!). Wear a fat rubber ring at the moment though am no doubt lookin' to step that up too...
