You'll want to read it a few times for sure and ask questions if you have any. I would start with the
Newbie Routine.
Add
SRT theories to this. Basically you'll want to split up your length and girth routine into two separate times (length first). Pick up some
ace bandage for
Uncle Jim's Wrap (stretch your penis and then wrap it from the glans down to the base) with the
ace bandage, and use it right after your length routine to keep extended. Wear it until you do your girth routine, but check every hour for circulation. I'd recommend you go ahead and take it off every hour or so and do some more manual stretches, then put it back on. This will increase your gains.... Now do your girth routine, and directly after you will want to wear a cockring for an hour or more to hold the expansion you gained. You'll also want to check for circulation each hour. I recommend taking it off and doing some kegels for extra blood flow.
Basically, the whole point of
SRT is to always have your penis extended or expanded to increase the speed at which you make your gains. When it comes to sleeping, you can do a very light
Uncle Jim's Wrap all night, or you can free-ball. Personally I free-ball, but try the light wrap and see how you like it.
The
newbie routine only introduces jelqs. After a couple weeks and you get used to the routine, I'd add a few 30 second Slow Squash Jelqs, as they will bring more girth results to you than doing only Jelqs. Slowly build up more time and quantity on your Slow Squash Jelqs as you go, proceeding with caution. This is a pretty advanced exercise, so be careful as you add them in.
As you get used to your manual stretches, start adding more intensity and pull harder on your stretches. This will bring more results. Some guys don't use enough intensity, and don't gain or gain very little.
Your dick is going to be sore when you first start. This is normal. It's just like when you start running or lifting weights.
Be sure to heat in preparation for at least 5 minutes before both your length and girth routine (rice sock, rag and hot water, or heating pad). This is vital in preventing injuries.
Once you have the money, I'd recommend buying the
SizeGenetics or
Bathmate. These will bring gains quicker for you. If you're looking to gain both length and girth or just girth, I'd recommend the
Bathmate first. If you're shooting more for length, then the
SizeGenetics is right for you.
