Ok cool i had to ask though lol...another question what would be the routine you recommended for someone who doesn't have the money to buy the tools needed for the full on
srt routine at the moment. I saw some shit on here that really made me wanna get back to pe and go extra hard to hit my target size asap. It's hard to be on the forum seeing you and the guys doing so well with your progress amd not get motivated lol. So I wanna know what exercises give the maximum from the god himself instead of just throwing together a bunch of random exercises and calling it a routine. Also i appreciate how you really are on here interacting and answering questions and helping out. Thanks for that bro.
