DLD, I see you agree with RED here that ligs should not be worked intensely every day or so. You agree that one should take some rest and then resume intense leg exercises. I do not understand that- do you recommend having a 7 on 0 off day ratio on stretching and SRT-ing or you advise us to go for lig stretching every day. Thanks in advance :)

At one point my thoughts on length were skewed in the sense that I started to believe that like girth work length needed rest too but this is truly not the case. The only restriction on stretching (while flaccid) is soreness, otherwise, the more the better. My beliefs changed in this area because of my beginnings in Penis Enlargement and how well I gained on the 7-0 schedule but also, after taking a break, prior to starting the first stages of SRT, I realized that the constant stretching I did as a Newbie is the very think that brought me to the monumental gains I made. Now, after almost 2 years with SRT we are all seeing that the reality I mention above is true as no other routine, besides the Phase 1 routine, ever brought gains like SRT and this is for all men across the board. In it's most extreme nature SRT is a advanced workout but with the variance and flexibility of exercises and equipment the routine can be scaled down for the most humble beginner.

What I have found in all my years in the game is to constantly be either actively training or passively healing, and this is for every walking hour and every man can do it. The simplicities that SRT offers in ways of gains and healing are very powerful and will bring every man to his dream size.

So now my question is in regards to option 2 would you say its still an effective way to make gains in girth and length and can i structure my srt routine like that?

I would say you can easily make this work and as things progress add even more in. What I love with SRT is seeing it show up in routines outside of the main SRT Routine because it is good science and sound practices that even when the understandings are made, this in itself will help the user gain.

Once the three components are released, the LengthMaster, the Super Supplement System and the new SRT Videos I think the Penis Enlargement world will explode with MASSIVE GAINS never thought possible!

yeah that makes sense! well with this system that i was thinking later on i could add in another session at night for girth or length depending on my goals! i have a home made LengthMaster which is good and does the job :) when are you planning to release the 3 components for SRT? and finally could you please tell me if i do girth in the morning first, allow myself to ejaculate after my girth session and then do length after that and stay elongated all day would that be an effect way to do a SRT routine to make gains?

Hey DLD.. I asked a question a few pages back in this thread, but never got an answer.. Not sure if you missed it, it was only a sentence long.

What do you think of the DMSO/PABA treatment some guys are using? Have you ever tried it and do you think it would work well with SRT? I checked through all your previous threads and saw that you were interested in learning about it 10 years ago when someone brought the topic up, but you never mentioned it again.
 
Hi, I am interested in starting the SRT routine asap. I already own the MOS dvd and most of the equipment needed, in relation to week 1 I am not clear on what the alpha jelq is or the monkey spanker session. Also in relation to Jims strapping method, is there a video on this??? and how do you prevent the ACE bandage from falling off throughout the day

There needs to be a search function implemented within each thread. Once i get my degree in Computer Info Systems at the end of next year, i'll maintain the forum in trade for Penis Enlargement products haha.
But I have the same question as mc23, I can never get ACE bandage to stay. I got shot in the leg and used it to keep the gauze on and it worked fine, but when i tried with my dick it just wouldn't work. Has anyone else noticed significant gains because of the ACE wrapping?

don't thank me...i have the same problem as you lol. They do make a bandage that comes with a clip on it that you might could try out. I used that on my leg at first, then when the 2 clips both broke i switched to the self adhesive. The self adhesive worked fine for my leg, but back when i had tried one on my dick it would never work. And no, i've never heard of the alpha jelq. Where did you hear about it from?
 
The Alpha Jelq I believe is where you actually "jelq" the sides of your stomach down into an normal jelq on your penis. Like your jelqing the blood in your stomach down into your penis. I never got them to work for me and have since excluded them from my routine.
 
What medications would make you need to pee every hour? I get hourly breaks in school which works out, but when i get a job, i'll need an excuse lol
Also, won't wrapping for an hour+ fuck up your blood flow? I've been going 15 minutes and my dick already feels cold

Wrap it looser. I've gone hours at a time at work and at home without any circulation problems. Once you get it right you can wear it until you really do need to pee again
 
yea i got it right this time. I only took it off so i could do lazy ass stretches instead, then i'll rewrap tonight after i do my stretches. Man, i really need to get on my girth work. I've been doing strictly length and i feel like I'm gonna make some good gains without getting any fatter
 
DLD,

I used a noose style extender with heat to bring my unit back to par. Everyone has bashed the noose, but I believe it has fixed my slight bend by providing enough stress under the gland as directional assistance and stretching the tough fibers not to mention my sensitivity has sky rocketed.

What do you use for heat? Is a heating pad too much on the entire unit before stretching for Penis Enlargement? Should light cloth be draped over the unit as a protectant?

Any warm up considerations?

When's SRT DVD coming out I'll buy it from you, also what do you think about Montys Penis Enlargement weights as an ADS?
