DLD from reading the last 4-5 pages of this thread i have a couple of questions with 2 different routines for
SRT that i'd like to hear your opinion on which im sure could help everyone else on here and give them a better idea on what to do!
option 1) in the morning i would first do my pc muscle squeezes to exhaust my pc muscle and then stretch with my
LengthMaster and then use the
uncle jims wrap and my
size genetics extender to be in an extended state and then at night around 7pm i'd do my girth session in my
penoment doing the 5x5x3 and then put on a cock ring to be in an expanded state until i go to bed
option 2) in the morning i'd do my girth session with my
penoment doing the 5x5x3 and then after i finish my girth session i'd allow myself to ejaculate and then straight after i have ejaculated i would do my length session in my
LengthMaster and then after that use the
uncle jims wrap and my
size genetics extender throughout the rest of the day. at night im not sure if i should do another girth session or length session(maybe depending on my goals?) or should i just continue to wear my
size genetics extender until i go to bed?

SRT routines i'm trying to decide which to do and which would be better for me to make gains on? i'd really to hear your feedback and what you think about my 2 options in a possible
SRT routine?
