Hey ma brotha,

Can you give an example or a description of what the tension is throughout the day, like you start the day at the 4th mark then add tension reaching the first mark towards the end of the day or vice versa, and about how long you keep it on until you take a break?

I try and keep tension at a constant 1200g. If it is fighting me I will go to 800 until I loosen up enough to go back to 12 and it works like a charm.

I have consistently been doing 2 hour sets and just getting them in when I can. Recently now I have been able to go longer. I started trying to frequently adjust and it just became too much of a logistical problem.
 
Haven't put up a pic in a while. When you compare to others the gains are obvious. No clue what the length is, just that it's longer. That's all that matters. View attachment 27392

Smooth sailing? Sounds like you got a good rytHydromaxn going. Seems like some days is good, other days is torture, but every hour is closer to 1000.

Keep trucking buddy...we're all waiting for the 500 hour measure...
 
It's like 3 steps forward 2 steps back. Hopefully when I get the groove going 100% then the gains will be quicker. Or at least consistent passed the "newb" gains.

Finally added in more bars. I was really stretching out (lolololol) the time I used the other ones before I added on. The limiting factor is not the stretch of my penis after worn but the initial stretch to get the penis over the bars. So the next few days I will be on lower tension with the extra bars to get my flaccid stretchy enough to fit over the extra bars without too much trouble. So far so good. gains be gains!

I started with medium and long
Then I went to Medium long and short
Now I am on two longs

No complaints here!

Your dedication to extending is very impressive. Your thread is actually one of the reasons I decided to buy the SG. I had a question for you though, how in hell do you stay in your extender so many hours a day? Also, how long are your sets, and if they are longer than 30-45 minutes did they initially start out that low and then it got easier?

I am really having trouble getting in anywhere close to 2 hours a day of extending, but I am trying to figure out how to get in 6 hours regularly. I guess I should mention that I hang for 2-2.5 hours also, but I still want that massive time in the SG. Thanks!

I have been in the SG since like january? I don't remember it's at the beginning of the thread. If you read through it you will see I had the same problems. Only in the last few weeks have I been able to do the extended 2.5 hour + sets. I CONSTANTLY experimented with wraps and tightness etc etc until I fond something that worked for me.

It took like 400 hours in the extender for me to get there. It's just a learning curve man, there is no getting around it.

I am doing NO hanging/jelquing/manuals etc etc etc AT ALL. The whole purpose was to see how the SG effects me without any additions.

Extend at low tension. High tension is stupid. yeah it stretches your penis more but a stretchier penis does not mean a larger erect penis, it just means a more rubbery penis that stretches more.

Low tension = higher hours = more important.

Just read through the thread dude, you will get some good pointers and see how I got to this point :).

4 hours today. Not as good of a day. Didn't keep track as well. Wrapped too tight. etc etc. stopped while I was behind.

Still productive! They can't all be perfect days but they can at least be consistent! Take what you can take when you can take it!
