I thought that using the circle/loop on the power assist handle was a form of expressive stretching. What is it’s benefits and sole purpose if this is not the case?

In regards to hanging how often should I do the 3x20 mins? I was thinking I could have a day where I do this as a form of light/easy training after rest days and before I start more full workouts. Would once a week be sufficient?

Yes, the Hole Stretching is done with the middle loop of the LM. You simply work your way through the loop and push against the pelvic bone, than using both hands stretch the base of the penis outward. But you can also attach the LM chamber to a low point on your penis and do Expressive Stretching that way too. The LM is very versatile.

If you want to go that routine I would say 3 days a week you train 3 sets of 20 minutes. This is a minimum but in conjunction with all else you are doing, it should all be profitable.
 
I don’t see how I can grip and stretch my penis from the base as the skin just slides forward? let alone with the l.m

Ok well I’ll assess how I can incorporate hanging In to a regular part of training. Tbh tho I’m still having some issues with the wrapping, I feel like I’ve found the right path but it just feels like my skin isn’t being pushed forward and my shaft isn’t really being stretched.

Then I would suggest going with Hole Stretching using the LengthMaster. This is a very powerful way to do expressive stretching. As far as wrap goes I suggest going to the wrapping forum and try a few different wraps, there are many ways and I am sure one will work for you as it has for everyone.
 
I’ve tried to grip near the base and I ended up doing a sort of tugging back and forth like masterbating, it was quite vigorous and felt fatigue after. Has anyone done anything like this?/is this an actual exercise?

The wrap I have tried kinda works but it still doesn’t feel like my shaft is being worked, it’s more like my skin is being squeezed and stretched forward, should the LengthMaster feel like this?

As long as the grip in near the base you are doing expressive stretching.

The LengthMaster at first will stretch any restrictive skin tightness along the shaft and to the base and scrotum. This takes some time, maybe 2 weeks. From there you will be stretching pure penis. One thing that keep men from gaining is having skin that is too tight now allowing stretches to be a profitable as they can. An even bigger factor is the Tunica which can be a pain to stretch this is where the LengthMaster shines as it forces the Tunica to expand. In long term length work, making gains consistency to goal the LengthMaster is the joint. I hope you can get it down and master it.
 
Hey everyone I’ve finished my 10 week kickstart programme. I’m pretty certain I have gained around .15 in length with some girth to, I’m going to measure again first thing tomorrow morning to make sure the measurements are consistent.

I was hoping for more I won’t lie, and I’m still frustrated with pe. Tbh. Even my best efforts over 10 weeks, still don’t seem like much. Stretching is hit and miss as sometimes my hands just slip and I’m just pinching excess skin, sometimes my pump doesn’t feel like it’s doing much and post workout there is nothing significant to feel pleased about.

I’ve started to use the LengthMaster a few times and I can see that it may be my next route to go down, I just need to adapt the wrap some more. I am considering getting an all day stretcher but I’m not sure what to do. I hope by the end of 2018 I will be 6 inches in length.
 
So I took the measurements again this morning and there was no apparent gain 😔

Do not be frustrated bro. Use the LengthMaster if you can stay consistent with it. Also buy the PenilMasterPro and use it in combination with the LengthMaster. You will make quick gains if you can get both of those devices.
 
How come the penimaster pro? I though about the phallosan forte as it’s the most talked about. I even saw a new extender developed by PE gym which looked decent, albeit basic and low priced.

I hope the l.m will help me now coz whatever I do doesn’t seem to work.
 
The LengthMaster is the only length device I have and I've been using it for 6 months now and I've made gains. I want to buy an extender to help accelerate my gains. You can buy the Phallosan but make sure you use it in combination with the LengthMaster. Also try to progress to max tension with the phallosan as quick as possible and buy strong sleeves to use in replacement of the condom sleeves that will be coming with your phallosan.

I once owned a Phallosan so I prefer the PenilMasterPro to it because of the intensity from the extender.

I think I’m getting somewhere with it as I have stated. I’m tinkering with the wrap process, I stretch my penis out straight then scrunch some of the excess skin up behind the glans. I then tape this with a sports tape, then I begin the main wrap with some adhesive bandage and cotton wool pads. Then I attach the LengthMaster.

Once I pull the skin does slide forward a little, but there’s a cushion of the skin behind the glans. I kegel once I stretch and can visibly see the device move up n down so in theory this is a good attachment right?!? Also my glans don’t go completely purple and cold.

Two completely different deals. The Phallosan is a extender that can be used 24 hours a day to create new gains through steady intense stretching and to heal new gains by a lower resistance. Having is strictly gaining. You have a LengthMaster already so hanging is something you can do right away.

I had a thought today, I thought is p.e actually for me...I’m starting to wonder whether or not p.e is actually worth my time because I’ve spent over 18 months grappling and squeezing my penis, and for what? I’ve not made progress at all.

I’ve spent 10 weeks being as consistent as possible and I still don’t have any clear results. I’m trying my best to be positive and be forward thinking but I’m just really put off tbh. I intend to try and use the lengthmaster for 20-30 minutes as day then just do some generic pumping...I have also thought about buying a phallosan but I’m very reluctant to spend well over £200 on a piece of equipment that may not even help me! I would have to spend around 8 hours a day wearing it, not to mention taking it off and re fitting it every time I got to the toilet.

As always any advice is welcome.

First of all, I think the first problem you are having is your state of mind. You are in doubt. I don't do manual PE and I will NEVER advice anybody to do manual PE. If you can use the LengthMaster for 20 mins daily for 90 days, you will surely make gains I can swear with my life. If you haven't been seeing any gains I think it is because you were doing manual PE. Try to master the wrapping technique with the LengthMaster. If you succeed in using the LengthMaster for just one month without slippage problem, add the Phallosan to it.

Everyone is gaining except you.
