I thought that using the circle/loop on the power assist handle was a form of expressive stretching. What is it’s benefits and sole purpose if this is not the case?
In regards to hanging how often should I do the 3x20 mins? I was thinking I could have a day where I do this as a form of light/easy training after rest days and before I start more full workouts. Would once a week be sufficient?
