I just don’t know what to do anymore! There’s so many types of stretching and types of equipment required I really don’t know where to turn, when I do try something I don’t know if I’m doing it right anyway because I don’t notice any real difference.
A current routine is something like;
Upward bundled stretch with kegels to warm up
Downward left b-t-c x3 30s
“ Right “
Straight down stretch with rotaries x3 30s + 20 rotaries
Then either some DLD a-stretch blasters (50 reps would take too long so I usually do half) or
power assist stretches upward n downward.
After I try to do some erect stretches but I can’t feel anything tbh, then go on to
Bathmate work which is just a generic pump and jelq, sometimes my erection level is high, sometimes it’s lower so jelqing is mixed intensity.
After I wrap a head band around my penis base to retain a pump but later I take it off to allow circulation but it just goes and my penis has a puffy patch just below the glans.
There’s so much more I’ve read on the
SRT thread and simply don’t understand.
