just so you know, if you have a regular extender, it will still work as far as gains are concern. But I will admit, the PMP is a lot more comfortable for me. I have talked to some guys though, who say the PMP was too painful for them and went back to the strap method.

thanks bro!The PMP is the best both in the extender and with a strap.The extended hours in the strap are what made the huge difference in my flaccid size .There is no chance for my cock to go back to its normal size anymore haha.

just got a note from USPS that they tried to deliver my package from Germany, you have to sign for it, so it should be here in a couple days. Not too bad a wait actually. Less than 10 business days.

Something new to add guys...this comes from Ronan69 (no slip there

In order to reduce the air gap between the latex diaphram and ur glans when inside the chamber and reduce stress and FR on ur frenulum/urethra :

Pump the ball ONLY 3/4 pump the first time,put it on the chamber,rotate it to the left as usual,THEN squeeze out the remaining air and you will see the latex diaphram move outwards towards you and the opening. Push ur glans in tight to the diaphram and now release the pump.
Pump more if you need to afterwards to get more penis inside for a good grip.

I am now doing this and have reduced any sensitivity I was having from wearing the PMP
for 16 hours a day (using both the SG/PMP and the elastic strap /PMP when I am at work).

got it today and gave it a shot. wore it for about an hour, very different stretch than the the vlc. i ordered the hose attachment, and that's what seemed to be the easiest way for me to get it on. at first glance, I had no idea how this thing was going to suck my glands in...but it did!

When you are not extending keep ur dick in a wrap or use the elastic strap from tugger.com and the PMP to keep it extended while at work etc.

i guess the hardest thing so far is that it is such an easy stretch, it's hard to tell if you're doing high or low tension...

how did you hook up your tugger belt to the penimaster?

I just talked to him about that and I just followed his directions and it works really well. Im going to try to sleep wit.h it and see how that goes? He said to just yank the clip out of the vlc tugger if you have one( luckily I do) and clip it around your pmp. Its super easy,. you could use a paper clip or something like that too if you don't have a vlc clip to use.

I think a paper clip might be to bendable, try a wire hanger if you have one.
