Mine only took 3 weeks from order to delivery, and that included 2 Sundays & Presidents' Day. Mine was shipped out the day after I ordered it, but there was someone that ordered theirs more than a week before me and ours shipped on the same day. So the problem is that they don't ship out orders very often; they save them up and send them all at once.

i ordered the hose attachment with mine just in case. I hope have it in a couple weeks...
 
As a reminder with this, or any extender, if you've already significantly stretched your ligs, make use you wear the extender upward. Most of my gains with an extender were in the straight out position, but I wasted several months wearing an extender downward after my ligs were pretty much fully stretched. Now I only stretch straight up, and point it down every 20-30 minutes to maintain good blood flow (probably not an issue with a vacuum attachment).

The best way to tell if you're ligs are fully stretched is by simply looking in a mirror. I have an indent right above my exit point, which shows that I'm stretched away from the pubic bone. Don't go by the LOT test. Even Bib said my ligs were fully stretched from seeing a pic, despite the fact that my LOT shows that I have potential for lig stretch.

If you have a large fat pad you probably won't see an indent, but Bib has the mirror test, which involves locating your exit point in relation to the intersection of your groinal grooves, giving you an idea as to your lig stretch potential.

I also believe wearing an extender at low-med tension for 10+ hours is a waste of time especially if you are an advanced user. I did this for a week and actually lost 1/8 of an inch. Now im back up to high tension and growing again.
I'm now alternating days where i will wear the extender straight out one day and then straight up the next day. Getting good fatigue wearing it straight up.

Well to be wearing it straight out you kinda need to be sitting down... I only wear it straight down when i need to get up and cook or do other shit. I can't wear it outside as the thing is nearly down to my knee and it swings when i walk!
You can do anything when u wear it up. Just pull ur boxers and pants up and cover the rest with ur shirt.

Can anyone do me a favor and mesure what they are stretched to in the PMP. Just measure the rod length. I want to see how I sit compared to the rest of you guys.My rod length is 7" im stretched to about 6"
 
I guess different strokes for different folks; some guys gain with high tension, others with low. I guess we all have to find our own sweet spot. I gained half an inch in a year westing my extender for 2 to 4 hours a day, 6 days a week keeping my tension between 1100 and 1200 grams.

I advise everyone to try low to medium tension to start for a few months and before cranking up the tension and sitting ron pain for 2 to 8 hours when they didn't need to.

Hey supra my bars on the pmp are set at 7.5 inches and gives me, when fully extended from the base screws, 800 to 1000 grams of tension.
 
not sure about rod length, it's my day off today... but i measured yesterday from the base of the extender to the top of the nozzle and it was 11 inches.

I am not advocating low tension in the extender. I say go at the highest tension you can endure for 16 hours.Obviously you gotta start off low to achieve this without damage to ur cock/glans.
Once you know your set point then slowly increase the tension but still maintain the 16 hours of stretching.
