yes brother i get very discouraged but i will not give up because this is something i want and it will improve my life so giving up is not an option

I don't think that true bro because when I did length I had to yank, and rock my grip all kinds of ways in order to actually feel the ligaments loosen up.
Maybe you meant that a tired PC muscle affords an automatic reverse kegel which you can use to capitalize on stretches:blush:

To the point of exhaustion all the time. Kegels, Review Kegels, Erect Kegels.

ok so yesterdays routine was

10 min warm up with heat
10 min bundle stretch
10 min lower base basic stretch


2 sets of :
5 min jelq
5 min erect sqqqueeze
7 min pump
10 min clamp ( half of that trying to stretch with LengthMaster at the same time)

last set was:
10 min jelq
10 min pump
10 min clamp
a lil edge work and then masterbate


trying to stretch while clamping was a lil tricky just got to get used but felt really intense
 
How tight do you need to clamp down on the LM for that exercise? I have done clamped stretching in the past, but not too much.

Is seven supposed to be your lucky number or no?

actually i still have not figured it out completely but a lil bit looser then normal and for the LengthMaster i tighten it pretty good the pressure is crazy but kind of hard to stretch it ill keep u posted
 
ok guys after a week or so with this routine i have decided to change things up for 1 reason and thats because this current routine is really time consuming and it kind of throws my day off so what i will do is keep the exercises and base but change the i do them in i will post todays workout later to show u

5 sets of 1 minute horse squeeze
20 min jelq
2 x 15 min pump
2 x 15 min clamp (i added the horse squeeze while clam,ping it was great i def reccomend it for extra intensity

Sounds good my brother. After 2 months or 3 let us know if you've gained.
 
tonights routine

10 min warmup with heat
15 min bundle
10 min stretch at the base
500 kegals
2x 12 min pump
15 min jelq
1 x 15 min clamp

haha so it was supposed to be 2 sets of clamping but on the second set as i was squeezing the clamp i went to go start the clock and all of a sudden the clamp snapped and broke on my dick yes u heard right it was kind of funny maybe it was an ego booster ;) so now i have to get another one so my workouts are def postponed for now
 
I have never had that happen to me lol maybe I'm just very careful with my things. Only sometimes I need to tighten the screw on it a little, but nothing else.
