Clamping is dangerous imo and if you have no experience with clamping,i would suggest you to stay away from it.

If you have no bathmate go for some manual jelqs + SSJ.And when the bathmate arrives try the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) program from the SRT.Gains take time and consistency.Don't measure everyday or something like that..just do PE,don't think about gains,and measure after 6 months,and if your routine was good,you will be amazed.

How should i progress into clamping?

thanks for the reply brother and i understand clamping has its risk i also feel like clamping is a deal breaker for girth gains ad its must so its a high risk high reward im in it to win brother...so i just got the new bath mate in the mail also i ordered a second one as well just a different model since i heard great things and that it was better then every other pump....today i will do my first day of new routine and i will log it and post it on here and i would like you guys to give me advice and tips on the routine

5 min warm up with heat

20 min pump
15 min clamp (also i edge while clamping to keep erection as high as possible)

Sounds good but split the pumping routine into 2...if you go 20 min straight into the BM you will most likely get fluid retention.Go for 10 min , throw some jelqs/ssj between the sets,and then 10 min again.Much better,less fluid retention:)

ok i will split the bm in half...i was actually going to alternate days and change between jelq ssj and kegals so it would almost be a 3day split progam minor tweaks to it does that sound good

Good routine but why the LengthMaster stretch after 10 min of pumping?

And also,you need a cock ring after you're done with your routine..the wrap,won't hold the girth expansion,the wrap is for length,to keep your dick elongated..if you want to keep that girth expansion,get a cock ring.

sorry uhh i actually pumped earlier befor the actual routine so it was more like an extra and i actually do have a cock ring and i was kinda thinking that wrapping was not to good for girth so i will post tonight session\
 
Yes It would seem like suppressing the tunica with ace wrap after expanding it would allow contracted healing. Kind of like with mikes example of rolling the wet shirt into a ball. Go for the cockr-ring then

hey guys i kind of revised my routine so this is what i did tonight i must say very intense:

5 min warm up with heat
5 min basic stretch with LengthMaster
10 min stretch at the base with LengthMaster
10 min bundle stretch

then i did 3 sets of the following after my stretches
5 min jelq
1 min ssj
1 min erect squeeze
7 min pump with bM
10 min clamp


so total numbers are
30 mins of stretching and warm up
15 min of jelqs
3 min of ssj
3 min of erect squeeze
21 min of pumping
30 min of clamping

Good routine but the bundles stretches are supposed to be done BEFORE you start your workout...so you can pre-stretch the tunnica and be able to maximize your routine.Do 5-10 min of bundles before every length / girth workout.

ChilDish is correct. Pre-stretching the tunica will be at a lighter intensity with bundled stretches and that's why you do it first out of anything to make the rest of your expansions at it's highest. You want the soda can to burst and you can do that by shaking it and then opening it, you can't just open it and shake it. Bundling goes first!

hey i think u guys miss read but i did do my stretches before my actual routine ummm the first 4 lines are the stretches and then everything eles is my routine and after all that i masterbated maybe edged for a lil bit and then put a cock ring on
