Withdrawal of addictive substances tactics
Various people got caught in addictions. They may influence everything directly or indirectly. It is enslaving you, keeping you down, making you dependend, fucking your body and more. Tons of good reasons to get rid of it. So the only thing you can be proud about when it comes to it is getting rid of it. It is not going to be easy, but worth of it. Rest and willpower will be your best friends when you want to get clean.

Social contacts may play a big role in any part of addictions. Some are benefitial and some are harmful. There isn't a compulsory need to de-socialise when you withdraw. It is a individually determined by the case. Else you might fall back when you lose that person. You are only truly withdrawn if you can stay clean in the wrong social surrounding, but don't haste into finding that out.
What can lead to addictions? A group can force people to do it and people who go that way should actually be the hardest cases, because that indicates a lack of character. Their bodies will adapt and end up addicted. The most common way probably is when people try something, they like it and do it again, more (frequency and ammounts)... Sometime they can't live without some substance anymore. The body will get used to the substances and they will feel less time by time. So they take more... Sometime that doesn't help anymore or cause too much problems... This is when they start looking for something else. At that moment drugs might come into play - some weed, later xtc, sometimes speed, heroin in the end or what ever. That is extremely simplified and steps here may mix up or cross. It clearly indicates what one single try can lead to and that increasing need for something is the reason why you should get out of it.
What would be withdrawal tactics? The simpliest one may be the hardest one - stopping from one day to the next. Something that triggers effects in you bodies will be missing, some things of you will be missing, you may almost go crazy, but when you are strong enough you can do it. That isn't just about saying strong, willpowered or something. It is about really being it. Most people fail when they attempt it, because it really requires a lot of character. The next tactic is similar, but slower - decrease the dose and step someday. That is about slowly going down. Reduce by something like 10% and get used to it, after a while you reduce again. That is extremely exaggerated, but the principle of what most people do, if it stays about substances, but in some cases it works with other things and in that case it suddenly may become good. i heard some rumor about an ironman champ being a former heroin addict. It may be true. Some forms of endurance sports deal with metabolic states that make you feel like on stimulances. That is just an example, there are tons of ways to go such a way.

You will need to find some activity or activities that help. Here some examples:
-Gaming, may make time pass insanely fast, that is the uncomfortable time when your body adapts on being clean again, makes you feel less side effects, may be an
ace card, but posses a threat of a new addiction
-Sports in general, boosts you metabolism and triggers some hormone axisses, may make the body work faster into the new state
-Endurance sports, deal with feelings like on stimulances, the feeling will be replaced

-these activities might support each other
What not to do:
-Do NOT take any psycho-active substance while withdrawing, because it may lead into an addiction to that substance and you will have archieved NOTHING

You body will work a lot while doing that. Give it what it needs to work - proper nutrition. That is the only perfect thing without any cons you can do in life. You have to force yourself in a state like being locked up and getting through all the bad problems, but don't get yourself locked up in a psychiatry or something like that, because you will lose your strength to resist their medication and their medication deals with permanent damage, if there is a wrong application.
Sleep is helping a lot, because it is the time when the body works itself back to the normal state and you don't feel the withdrawal while sleeping. Probably sleeping 10, 12, 14 hours the day during withdrawal would be perfect, but withdrawals sometimes deal with issues about sleep. For some time you will have to live with them, because you need the nautral sleep and not the chemical one. There are some natural things that can help with it like exhaustion from sports or some teas.
