Sorry I have been gone everyone.... I typed that the wrong way. I am doing 5 minute stretches as in Ill do each stretch from the MOS stretches 1 minute each way twice and one final set of 3o seconds each way. I hope that clears it up. I have been doing bundled stretches 1 minute each way so 5 directions left right up down straight out 1 minute each out. it could be intensity not sure I really like to think I pull hard and i do two workouts every day. Should I start hanging??

Hanging would definitely help.....but I still don't think you're using enough intensity, so, you need to start with really low weight, as you're probably not super conditioned. You don't want to be able to hold for a minute.....you need to be pulling hard enough, that 30 seconds, is all you can hold it.

I am thinking it is an intensity issue also. I would add intensity and try whatever you have not tried yet. If the routine I wrote is not bringing gains I suggest trying something new. Equipment may be the way to go.
 
If you're not getting gains from stretching, then either the intensity or the duration has to increase. I've always opted to try to increase intensity first.

Also I've talked about how I think we all have a sort of mental block when it comes to stretching our dicks, like our brain wants us to hold back because it's afraid we will hurt ourselves. You're probably not pulling as hard as you think you are. I know there have been plenty of times where I thought I was pulling "as hard as I can", and then I hit a plateau and to push past it I have to go harder. It's not that I didn't have the strength to do it before then, I just had a mental block.

I have I still cant gain and I can not be setting aside more time for PE. I set aside two 1 hour sessoins in the morning and before bed. I am starting to think I just need too start hanging. DLD what do you think of this
 
I don't recommend hanging when are frustrated about not gaining. I fear you would increase weights too quickly and loose efficiency. Also it is wise to know which hanger suits and fits you best. You can't really tell unless you have some insights before buying or manufacturing one.

Before I got my ADS (a device which I recommend to any rookie by the way because it is so simple) I did stretches that lasted for a few hours per day. Obviously the intensity was low but what I did was simply stretching during my leisure time with one hand and immediately I felt the positive sensations that came along with it. After a few days it was clear to me that I needed an ADS. Don't know whether you can keep that routine up but it is a nice way to look at these stretches in general. I do believe some people gain more with high intensity (short and strong) and others gain more with high volume (gentle but long durations).
 
You may want to go through my how to guide and see if my hanger and routine appeal to you. I start guys off with 20 minutes a day to get their heads in the game and if their schedule allows (sounds like yours does), they hang for more time as they are able. I'd work with you one on one by email as well. Look in the Hanging Around Forums.

Hanging is another way to go but I am concerned more with why no other method was working. Give hanging a try and see what happens.

I have been hanging for a month been hanging for an hour, i think im going to increase weight..

Yep i have used the bathmate,LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging,my hands, and still looking for more lol,i can be a complete mess following a routine and there are some times when im disciplined and i try not to skip a day..

There is no way a man wouldnt gain using the BM or the LM those devices are almost magical LOL if used properly..:):cool:
