Heya J2L, great to hear that you gained so much... But what I'm aware is, whenever you took a long break, your penis seems to get back to your pre Bathmate state... So I just would like to ask, is this a permanent gain? What if you take few weeks off? Will it return to the very first state before you use Bathmate? To maintain bigger and longer penis, we need to use it everyday for the rest of our life? What about permanent gain?

When I take a break, pre Bathmate states just means "not as pumped" as before. When you use the Bathmate consistently, you will be larger and fuller most of the time. The gains are permanent. Taking time off is okay, but keeping a consistent routine will help maintain your gains and grow larger. Use it as much or as little as you want. It's like exercise and lifting weights. Use it more, you're buff, stop exercising you'll lose it over time or at least be less than your peak training state. That's what muscle memory is for and you can bulk up again quickly.

Penis Enlargement + Bathmate = Permanent gains. If you stopped having sex, stopped Penis Enlargement and just never really used your Penis much, I'm sure it would lose some size.

Warmup: DLD Newbie Routine Stretches
Session: 15 minutes Bathmate
Method: Shower
Max Length/Width: 170 / DNC
Supplements: Partial TSPR

I never did too much stretching or any specific routine for Penis Enlargement before so I've decided to start from the basics again. After doing the stretches, I did a Bathmate shower session for 15 minutes pumping to 170 to supplement the Penis Enlargement. That was about it for this session.

Still trying the 1 day on 1 day off which seems to help my EQ more than using the Bathmate daily.

Great session today. I ate the TSPR supplements (Goji and Cacao Nibs) before doing Penis Enlargement and it really helped with the jelq session by keeping my penis more engorged than usual. I was at 170 for the warmup with the Bathmate and prefer this to other methods.

Jelq session was very good and so was the regular Bathmate session afterwards. I hit a solid 181 without pumping too hard. My regular max before taking a long break was around 183-184 so I'm glad to see the gains are staying. I'm a couple of days off the 1 day on 1 day off routine as I have too many things preventing me from having a regular Penis Enlargement program.

My goal is to use the DLD newbie routine to try and make some new length gains with the Bathmate since it adds a whole new dimension to Penis Enlargement.

Of course. With this reset of routine and back to the basics, I'm going to work my way back up to them. The stretching, 600 jelqs and Bathmate before and after is taking almost an hour. I can probably shorten the second Bathmate session and do some of the DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters in between before the weekend.

I was supposed to take a day off but felt pretty good about doing the routine today. I noticed that during the last 200 jelqs, I wasn't as pumped as the day before which is probably due to slight over training. I probably could have stuck with the warm up, stretches and warm down for my rest day but tried a full routine anyway.

I did the hot water Bathmate warm up and managed to hit 180 in the first 2 minutes. Much better than the previous day at 170. Getting back into the Bathmate on a regular schedule helps with elasticity. After the 10 minutes I proceeded to do the DLD Newbie Routine stretches. Not quite at full stretch strength but getting there. The stretches really help with jelqing and pump and coupled with the Bathmate is very effective. More than before when I did stretches a long time ago without.

The jelq session was good but not as good as yesterday near the end. With the warm down, I hit 180 again though I wasn't sure if I would get there at the start of the warm down. With the increased girth from the session I usually can't hit more than 170-175. Some progress on this front.

I still have pain from the gaiter and the base of my shaft. I've started pushing the release valve underwater and noticed it helps lessen the pain of removing the Bathmate. It allows for a much slower release and isn't as much of a shock as an out of water release.

I'll probably do the warm up, stretches, and warm down tomorrow and leave the jelqs and DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters for the next session.
 
Good to know the idea about a slower release, this may be the reason a couple guys have been getting irritation at the base.

Still not able to get consistency in the routine for many reasons. Did the Bathmate warm up, stretches, jelqs and finishing off with the Bathmate warm down. I hit 170 in the warm up and didn't pump any further. In the warm down I hit 180, but had to pump pretty hard. I'm not sure if it's the lack of consistency, or that I'm using the Bathmate with a longer routine beforehand but I'm not hitting the numbers I previously could. At 180 the pressure was really strong and it was a good workout. There was some minor fluid retention the next day, but far less than before with the stretching and jelqing beforehand and also considering the strength of the pump.

Not getting as many blisters as before at the base of the penis with the slow release underwater and more frequent use of the Bathmate.

EQ is up and generally my penis health is better than before now that I've been taking days off in between sessions. It's more days than I want off. I'll try to change that. Resting is very important and I was probably over training a bit before.
 
Goo to hear everything is going well! Are you jelqing in a separate session than the Bathmate? Or are you supersetting the jelqs with the Bathmate?
 
Really good. I have noticed these little mini plateaus as well when using the Bathmate, not exclusively to that device of-course but I know what your talking about. Currently hovering on a plateau right now with my maximum length while pumped. I think it would be 6-8 weeks ago I set a new record and since its harder to meet or match. The penis takes its time to adjust and rest as you mention is VITAL, more certainly is not the way unless its done with light intensity.
 
Remember guys, when you are in a plateau it is vital to remain consistent and diligent, this is usually the calm before the storm and the storm could mean big gains.

Hi DLD. Superset for the whole routine, one right after the other. Bathmate Warmup, your newbie stretch routine, jelqs, then Bathmate warm down. The routine usually takes an hour and a bit.

Maybe it's time to take a 1 week break? I notice that usually helps or change up your routine?

It's been several days since my last session. Really need to up the consistency. Today was different and interesting with a very strong pump on the Bathmate Warm Down session. It's been a while since I used the Partial TSPR supplements (Cacao + Goji) and decided to use it today. I ate a small handful of each and proceeded to do the Bathmate Warmup and Jelqs.

I noticed a much fuller girth than usual from the supplements. They really do work and it is VERY helpful for Penis Enlargement for both exercise and recovery. Much better blood flow. I have the supplements about 10-15 minutes before exercising. Worth every penny.

With the warm up I was able to hit 180 easily and was thinking I could do more on the warm down. The strange thing is I didn't. After a very good jelq session, all I could get to was 172 on the Bathmate. I even tried to re-pump but nothing got me any further.

At first I pumped with the Bathmate completely suBathmateerged to eliminate any air bubbles. The pump was much stronger than usual because of that. The rest of it I attribute to the increase in girth. I've never felt a pump as strong as tonight with blood rushing everywhere and I could feel the pressure all over my shaft. I highly recommend trying the supplements, great for Penis Enlargement. I also suggest pumping underwater to maximize pump pressure.

I'm starting to fill the base of the X-40 too much now and am starting to think about the bigger model but it's too big for me lengthwise. I still haven't hit/passed the 187 mark yet and the base girth isn't comfortable anymore. I don't think my girth is any larger than average at the bottom of the shaft. It may be some minor FR at the base when pumping causing it to swell.

Very positive session. I wish they were all like this.
 
What I have been suggesting to guys is to use the X-40 to warm up and get some good expansion then go into the X-40 erect. It will not help the length issue but it will definitely help pack the tube girth wise.

I performed the usual routine today as I've done for the last several sessions without being able to reach my previous max length 187. This is probably the result of 2 things. My girth is larger now resulting in less length and I'm now using the Bathmate as a Penis Enlargement tool instead of using it exclusively with no Penis Enlargement.

Out of curiosity, I may try the Bathmate at some point again without any Penis Enlargement to see if that is causing the shorter length. I did measurements today since I was curious if I really made any gains and the answer is YES!

Earlier this year I measured and my girth was just under 5". I had been off Penis Enlargement for quite a while and decided to get to an at least average girth of 5.25". This is when I started Penis Enlargement again with jelqing, erect bends, and some advanced girth exercises. Shortly after, I learned about the Bathmate and purchased it due to all the good reviews. I used the Bathmate exclusively and did less Penis Enlargement.

My current girth is 5.5", a +0.5" gain measured not fully erect since using the Bathmate and doing some Penis Enlargement for approximately 6 months.

My current length is 6.5" up from 6", another +0.5" gain.

A long time ago when I first learned of Penis Enlargement and did routines on and off I was around 5.5" length. Over 10 years I never was able to do a consistent routine (a week here and there if I was lucky) until recently in the last year.

Proof that Penis Enlargement works, and proof that the Bathmate works. I never really measure or track my gains closely and it's great to see the results. The next thing to invest in is the SizeGenetics extender. Doing Penis Enlargement and Bathmate is a lot of work, and not cementing those gains seems like a bit of a waste.

The theory is sound, if you Penis Enlargement and stretch/enlarge, then use the Bathmate to engorge and improve bloodflow, why let it go back to pre-exercise state after all that hard work?
