Yeah, I’ve heard that too, that a girthier penis is harder to stretch. Just think of a thin and thick rubber band, which one would be the easiest to stretch? Of course the thin one.
When pumping only twice a week you don’t stand to make any permanent girth gains, from my experience at least. So no need to worry that you’ll end up with a much bigger girth from that, only some temporary gains most likely.
Sounds like a good little maintenance routine, glad you included exercise and heart healthy foods in it as well.
And one way to prevent gaining girth with pumping is to use a tube where you fill it up girth wise but not length wise. What I’m trying to say is that a smaller in diameter tube will put most of the pumping effects into length.
Like me I’m using a 2 inch diameter MityVac tube and I fill it up in girth but not in length making the only way my penis can go is to more length. If you wan’t to gain both length and girth by pumping get a cylinder that is 0.25 inches larger in diameter than the thickest part of your erect penis girth.
Best of luck with your maintenance routine, and the «worst» that could happen to you from pumping is that you gain some length. I’ve even gained length from using a cylinder that was way to girthy for me so pumping is a great length enhancer as well. But as already said with a smaller cylinder in contrast to your girth you’ll mostly gain length.
