You want to do bundled stretches to gain fast and save time. Buy the LENGTHMASTER 3 instead, and do bundled stretches with it.

If your goal is not to do any active manual stretches, either with your hands or with LENGTHMASTER 3, or a broomstick, or a Power Assist device.
I suggest that before you are getting into your extender, that you at least do bundled stretches for 10 - 15 minutes . This will loosen up tunica albuginea, and you will have an easier time to get maximum elongation from your extender sessions.
