update so i do 15 mins at a time now and do it 3 times a week
i did a test yesterday to see how long i stay hard and i can stay that way for 30 mins without touching it

i gotta question when i use the smaller sleeve i shrink down back to normal fast after pumping and it dont last long
but when i use the bigger sleeve i keep more of the thickness and i dont shrink back to normal fast why is this

Because the bigger sleeve isn’t going to compress your shaft at all.

I read 40 mins 3 days a week is good to should i do that or which would be good for me to do

40 minutes three days a week is a good starting point. From there you will be able to realize if you need more or less work. So start with the 40 minutes three times a week and after a week or two we can look at it again and see if we need to make changes

Well how do you plan on spending that 30 minutes? I want to make sure you’re doing the right things to make the most growth
 
im just asking if 30 is that much different then the extra 10 mins off

Go with three days a week so you don’t go so long between workouts.
