I workout so I know to not overtrain dld said that my results will be slower sense im not jelqing that's ok with me
how long should I pump I wanna upgrade my time i do 2 days a week 15 mins
The best possible way to pump is using the 5×5×3 method in SRT but if you don’t want to do any manual work you could pump for longer periods. I would be careful keep your eye on things to make sure nothing negative is happening.

i have been liking pumping sense starting I feel like I have a workout like with weights almost
so I tried the 2nd level of my pump it's only 4 numbers higher then the first level I tried it yesterday to see if I could handle it and it's a not much difference but I can feel it is more pressure would that bring any changes even tho the difference is so small
I got 4 the 1st level i been using i feel after using it im not getting a good workout it feels so light cause I been used to it I told the guy I been used to it he said to up the time
I wanna do 20 mins for 4 days a week maybe that will feel like more of a workout but I dont know if it's safe
