I have let it rest for a full 48 hours though. I'm not planning on going over 7.5 pounds for a long while. Perhaps I should keep a light hanging and
ADS routine to let my penis heal more in an extended state. Then once it's rested, I should start up with hanging more gradually. What are your thoughts?
