It can be done with any ADS. I am not sure if anyone has stuck to this program because if they did they would make massive gains and they would have reported. I wrote this routine to be the most intense routine ever. If you train this routine you’ll see the fastest growth ever. This routine was based on the SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory routine adding many other exercises to make it super intense
