And to answer you my goal is 9" I want to reach at least 8" in length. I gained only 0.25 inches of girth doing jelqs but as a beginner. I only did it for 2-3 months and then just stopped because I wanted to focus on length and thought it was a waste of time. Keep in mind that it's not a waste of time if you want to gain both length and girth, I personally knew i wanted more length over girth.

I have been doing this stretch since the start of my PE five months ago. For me, it seems to work best when I am lying in my bed on my back. I have found that it takes longer to reach fatigue when lying in bed than when standing or squatting. Squatting requires balance which does not allow me to maintain a constant force on my schlong. But lying in bed allows me to apply a constant force, as it removes balancing from the equation. It took me a while to learn the best technique but it involves slightly turning to one side as I pull to the opposite side. The stretch is really intense. I hope this is helpful to the Brotherhood.
