thats great to know, this a a serious stetch in my opinion altough hard to maintain reverse kegel, it is a serious stretch. Cant wait for these results.

I wanted to add this to the thread also while I'm thinking about it.
I think it is important to measure flaccid, stretched, bonepressed daily with this exercise for a couple reasons. The first reason is I KNOW YOU WILL SEE SIZE INCREASES OFTEN...This is important for you confidence and expectation. Expect the gains to be there and they will happen. I also thing that FBPS measurements are a good habit to reinforce if a workout is yielding good gains. Gains will show up here first and this will give you the heads up on your future erect gains.

I have been pulse stretchiing for some time.
I twist my penis 180 degrees then grip with a cotton handkerchief.I do 25 each hand for 10 mins. 3 times a day.

I have yet to try these BUNDLED but I will tomorrow as I have just finished stretching. What kind of gains have you made? I have tacked on 1/4 inch since I started doing these.

Please do, I just finished my Pulse 110 with some tub stretches and it is just the perfect ending. I can feel it throughout my entire penis radiating from the base. It also feels as though I am warming down in a sense, like a stretch to use after stretching. Hard to explain but very nice.
