Really hard question, I'm not sure. But I switched from one 40 minut + one 30 minut stretching some time ago. To: 20 min x 3 times per day.Good. Focus and don't be distracted. How long have you been doing your current routine?
It's practically the same as I started but with some modifications and always increasing the intensity as I go.
I removed the ball stretch, and only focus on intense stretches. Doing ball stretch sometimes in bed.
