Exactly, and if you are able you can do the Newbie Routine 2-3 times a day if yu can take it, everyone is different. I did it 3 times a day for my first 6 months and I gained 2 inches in length nd a half inch in girth.

DLD, estou com dúvida, porque eu ainda não vejo aumento nenhum de comprimento? Ainda não medi, mas a aparência continua na mesma. Me estagnei? Eu devo me sentir com o pênis cansado todo dia e para isso devo aumentar a intensidade? Porque já não sinto mais cansado. Devo conseguir aumento de comprimento quando, depois do 3° ou 4° mês? 6° talvez? Sei que é uma rotina que requer muita paciência e persistência até que chegue os resultados. É correto me estimular para ter ereção toda hora para ter circulação e melhorar a recuperação para o aumento?

Ganhos dependem não só no tempo, mas em quanto força você está colocando nos exercícios. Ao esticar o pênis você precisa usar forse suficiente para trazer ganhos. Talvez suas mãos não são fortes o suficiente, pois este é um problema para muitos, nesse caso eu recomendo o LengthMaster. O LengthMaster permitirá que você adicione muito mais força para seus trechos. Um ganho típico, usando média de força adequada cerca de 1 polegada em 6 meses. Portanto, primeiro certifique-se de intensidade e forma são boas. De lá, considere o comprimentoMaster.

You can do it immediately after if you like or do it before. Up to you.
 
Always stretch before girth or stretching becomes too difficult due to girth expansion.

Yes I've realized this now after doing an intense Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) session. IT did become harder. I was wrong. I guess the jelqing part doesn't really affect stretching :)

I'm new here, but I'm not completely new to PE. Did some similar routine, but less intense. I will probably give this routine a try because I enjoyed some of the added angles while stretching.
As of my gains, seems like I have increased my BPFSL, but it has not translated into BPEL. Makes sense? Another question, is it normal for my penis to become more "bendy", not the shaft, but when erect it's a lot more easy to bend down or side to side than when I started.

To make your BPEL reach your BPFSL you must do expressive stretching via Erect stretching or inner penis stretching. More bendy? It's possible your penis may have become more flexible but compare your erection quality now to when it was not bendy. Was it the same? Maybe you're not hard enough.

I should have mentioned that my BPEL was bigger than my BPFSL by 0.2, now they are same. Not sure if the gain was just from gaining experience or not, but it was definitely like that. As for the bending. It's not bending in the shaft, but in the ligaments? It's little easier to bend my dick to the floor know than it was previously. (While erect) It's not a big deal though. :D

Oh I get you with the bending. I'm honestly not too sure if its a result of PE. I'm able to bend my dick more to the left when erect than the right. I don't know why. Maybe it was a thing where I masturbated slightly more to the left or something.

Always use heat, cold, for me, only causes shriveling, heat allows my elongation or expansion stay around much longer. Your English is fine but if you feel comfortable using your naive language I can also help.
