Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing
100 to 300 2sec
PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds.

Or should I do erect jelqing

I highly recommend it. The stretch is so intense with barely any effort. It is worth every penny. I've been so happy i decided to get it ever since the first time i tried it

It is definitely for you, once attached you need little effort to attain huge, intense stretching.
 
Hi DLD, i have couple questions:

1. When i'm stretching, my penis goes hard, especially when i'm doing straight out and straight up. Should i ejaculate right before the workout to prevent it?

2. Is masturbating good for warm up?

3. What's more important? Warm up or warm up? I don't have much time for both unfortunately because the workout takes so much time...

4. Can i make 2 sets of stretching instead of 3?

5. When jelqing - should i hold the base of my penis with the other hand? After some jelqs my penis is 100% erect, should i wait to lose the erection?

Yes, you should masturbate before stetting if you keep getting hard.

If you use the time to edge in masturbation it would be a great warm up but do not masturbate too close to girth work or you will have trouble with erection quality.

Warm up is more important in stretching.

You can customize the workout any way you want as long as you are tracking gains and seeing an increase in size. If you are not seeing gains then it would be important to add to the routine in intensity, time or exercise.

Not in jelqing as you need to have a steady flow of both hands but in stretching always anchor a hand at the base.

I had done the exercises for a week then I had to go for a long vacation (3 weeks), I couldn't do anything at all during my vacation days. But I can see that my penis has harder erections and maybe it has grown a little for doing these exercises only a week. From today I am going to start over, along with the kegel squeezes. :)

Kegels are the best way to increase your erection quality and leaving them out is not a smart move. As your penis grows in size it demands more blood and Kegels are the way to get that blood to the penis. Even if you only get in 100 squeezes a day you are doing a great good for you eq.

I am having difficulties in staying erect for some time, and without stimulation like �naked people movies� or real life i cant get even hard so for jelqing i usually use �naked people movies�. (doing pc muscle will help this)?

When doing pc muscle i only see my left testicle coming up is the other one dead??

After starting the routine i kinda start feeling my left testicle some soft sensation in there sometimes i have it others dont?

Don't be sorry got a problem ask the question,Left testicle coming up?To find the pc muscle it's like when you take a piss and you hold the urine flow that's the pc muscle.

Trouble getting erect could be any number of things like stress,overweight,to much �naked people movies�,depression,drugs etc find what it is a work on it.

kinda stressed lately / overweight stopped working out for 1 year and 3 months i am with 22 pounds more then i should :( / �naked people movies�.

i guess the big reason is �naked people movies� for some time that i have this difficulty in get it hard and keep it hard, i was masturbating like once a day for as long i can remember sometimes i stopped depending on time (when to busy), the last 3 months maybe i started doing more then once a day yet sometimes getting more difficulty to get it harder then others.

1 week ago i started reading stuff on the web and i stopped masturbating, stuff like if you dont have at least your sperm in your testicles for 2 days you can end up sterile, and there was some more, i just know i started getting scared :( and stopped.

After that i started with the Mos basic routine.
