I'm on my fourth week of the Beginner's Program and I'm recovering very well from my workouts, aside from some minor spotting. Is there any reason not to add something in like slow squash jelps to increase my girth gains if I'm recovering well? And if so, how would I implement it with the Beginner's Program?

Once you have grown used to the Jelq you can replace them with the Slow Squash Jelq. Everyone progresses at their own pace but the Jelq is something that can become too light for many and a more intense exercise is needed. To boost the Slow Squash Jelqs potentials you could add the BathMate which will allow you to do the SRT Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) workout which is all the rave! The routine is simple but effective with 5 Minutes of SSJ followed by 5 Minutes of BathMate Pumping and repeat this 3x. At the end of a session it is not uncommon for men to gain between a half inch to even more than an inch. This is a temp. gain but since it is achievable in every session in becomes permanent quickly.

Perfect. I think I'll keep just the jelqing for 2 more weeks or so, just to make sure I'm good and used to them. Then I'm thinking of slowly working the SSJ in, maybe start once or twice a week and go from there. I plan on getting a bathmate in the fall, but it's just not in the cards right now. It does not matter but I like to finish my day with the massage as it is very therapeutic. Kegels should be done as much as possible whenever you feel the urge. I got to the point where I did them all day, driving, working, sitting, etc.

You might try doing them all during as well.
The testicle massage might be tricky depending on what you're doing for your girth routine(s). As you need free hands. Might also help w/ erection for some people.

As DLD stated, you can do kegels throughout the day if you wanted. I do a boat load of these just waking up w/ morning wood.
 
can anyone tell me what PC muscle exercise exactly is?
It's nowhere explained on the DVD.

Kegels, and they are very simple to do. To find the Kegel next time you are taking a pee stop the flow of urine mid-stream. This flex you have made is a Kegel. In the same scenario, while peeing push the flow of urine and this is what is called a reverse Kegel. Both of these exercises are used heavily in DLD Blasters.

There is a routine in the Newbie Thread that is pretty simple to do everyday, here is a copy of it:

PC Muscle Fitness

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Thanks for sharing the details. I am comfortable doing those between jelqing & testicle massage, but I will have to stay in the bathroom shivering because the weather is cold and these squeezes take long time. Can you tell me what would be the other optimum time for doing the kegel squeezes?

You can do them all day, everywhere! The more the better! I do them when I drive, when I am working, when I am doing PE, every chance I get. I do them so much that they have become a subconscious act that is happening all the time.

DLD I would like to grow 2 inches as fast as possible what is the best way to try an reach that goal

I DNT really get the srt do I jelq at night or after stretch
