You do not need to order a tool to do bundled stretches, you simply twist your penis while it’s flaccid and stretch from there. It can be done more effectively using a LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging, that’s obvious, but you can do them manually.

as far as your routine goes you can definitely use SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory healing methods within the newbie routine. You will need to buy either a sleeve or a roll of ace bandage. You will also need a cock ring. The sleeve or Ace will be used as healing methods to remain elongated after you have trained so you heal in that state. Similarly you will use the cock ring after you’ve trained to keep your expanded state as long as possible to heal in. I hope that makes sense and if you have any other questions just let me know

2. If I count all the seconds for the basic stretch : 3 sets of each =18 "?? This looks to much in the first weeks or am I wrong?

Hi, tomorrow will be a full one month of training. i discovered PE few years ago but didn't have time to train but this time i will do my best?.
DLD can you tell me which one is the best for lenght? SizeGenetics - Penis Traction Extender or lengthmaster? and is it considered as sextoys because it is really difficult to import sextoys in my island :(

No neither are sex toys. But I would suggest something different that will be better for you. I would go for the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger and get the best of both worlds! It is a traction stretcher and it is a vacuum stretcher. It is also an ADS/ANS. The Lengthmaster is a completely different tool and does different functions than an extender/vacuum stretcher. It is an assistance to manual stretching giving unreal grip and two handed stretching. It is also a hanger, power assist, bundle and roll chamber, rope stretcher and many other functions. In my opinion I would have both because used together you’ll grow so much quicker. For the moment I will save money and will contact you later as the products are above my budget and due to lockdown the harbor and airport are closed again ?‍♂️. For the moment i will do the newbie routine you posted here and hoping to gain some until everything return to normal and shippings are allowed. I hope i will be able to do it and achieve gains. 21yrs old and I have always been single and never had sex due to a small penis. How can life be so unfair ?

If you go to the SS in the store and click more information you’ll see a sizing tab, click on that and it will tell you exactly how to measure. And once you have done this please get back to me so I can help you put it into affect
