Hey guys just got my copy of the DVD in the mail yesterday so I'm really xtatic!!!! I'm taking the rest of this week to make the first phase a study in terms of mentally familiarizing myself with the techniques and all the texts before I actually begin. So by next week I should begin my journey to greatness and I'll keep touching base with y'all from time to time if in case I have any questions etc.

I'm taking DLD's advice and keep a proper track record of where I started from to my gradual progress as the weeks go along.

Thanks again guys for inviting me into this gold mine of Penis Enlargement it could really change lives of men and women everywhere if done right.

New member here. I'm a 23 year old in the US. I've been lurking around about Penis Enlargement for a long time and now decided to join MOS.
I'm very serious about making gains and not about to take breaks unless it's necessary.
So far I've started the DLD newbie routine. I'm not quite sure how long it is supposed to last, but I figure I will know when the time is right for a change of regimen. If anyone thinks there is a better one to start out let me know. Looking forward to getting a penis pump later this year to assist me.
I want to do Penis Enlargement because I'd love to see my own results, and I need to get used to doing long term projects. I partially take this as a challenge as well and want to see how I can do my very best.

Hello, I just joined MOS because I want a bigger penis.
Since I started caring about the state of my penis (somewhere between 12 and 15) I have wanted a big penis. Of course not knowing what big was, and the overwhelming influence of �naked people movies� on penis size perception, I felt pretty inadequate. Like most guys I cared only about length until college, and than it turns out that "What, girls care more about girth?" Even since then I still didn't look at girth as much. I thought I was small in the girth department, but apparently my natural god-given grith of 6" is above average. Let's just say that was a dearly needed confidence booster. Now I begin the journey to find my ideal cock size somewhere beyond 6" length and possibly beyond the 6" girth, but I think I'll wait before taking on more there.

I figure it's time to stop lurking and actually say hi and introduce myself. Typical lurker who's been around multiple forums for a while and until fall of last year I've done Penis Enlargement off and on but now it's a everyday routine. Typically stick to manual methods, hanging using bib, and a old noose style extender I've since modified and slotted to allow the velcro mod. Generally hang 17.5 - 20 lbs straight out and OTS style using some fabricated accessories, jelqing, and regular/bridged extending. It's good to be a fabricator with too much time at work at times! No issues with my current size or anything and am blessed to have a awesome girlfriend who I do everything in front of and is supportive as long as there are no injuries. Awesome site, great info, and very creative people here. I follow a strict vitamin intake along with working out which has helped to lose 30 lbs in the past 7 months and I have no intention of stopping anytime soon (die fat pad die). Hi i'm new to Penis Enlargement and I'm from France.
I've been lurking for some monthes on this forum, which I landed after reading about jelqing on a "game" e-book.
I'm gonna give Penis Enlargement a serious try as I'm very bulky (5'11 220 competitive strength athlete) guy and I've not been satisfied with my unit's size compared to my all around bulk.

Stats needs to be confirmed but I'd estimate it to be :

I got a Bathmate water pump and gained .3" girth in a month using jelqs with the pump. Thing is ridiculous. I've been Penis Enlargementing since late September 2011, and I was very concerned that I'd never get any girth gains. After almost four months of manual jelqing alone with only about .2" gain in girth, I got a Bathmate. I started using the Bathmate at around 5.5" girth, now when I am pumped after a workout and have a night time erection, it's about 6.25". I am 5.8" girth now, and have gained .3" in one month. My girth routine is this:
300 regular jelqs Bathmate for 5 minutes (full pump)
200 slower, harder jelqs
150 downward jelqs (bringing the blood to the head)
finishing with another 5 minutes full pumped Bathmate.
I do this routine every day, unless I feel like taking one day off per week will help. Each night when I do the routine I increase it by adding an additional:
+10 regular jelqs
+15 seconds in the Bathmate
+2 slower, harder jelqs
+3 downward jelqs
and another +15 sec. in the Bathmate.
Then I tie a bathrobe cord around my balls and penis tightly to keep the blood in and keep it on either all night or for at least 3 hours. I also kegel immediately after coming out of the Bathmate at the end of the girth workout.
Sometimes instead of the down jelqs I just do a bunch of really hard jelqs at different speeds, especially if I have a good erection. This gives me great results but can't do it each workout. Taking the odd day off is good too I find.
I'm getting good results with this routine. I have measured close to 6.4" girth in the middle of the night with a pumped erection. I know this is an "inflated" stat but seeing my penis that thick makes me giggle.
When I started Penis Enlargement 5 months ago, I was very scared that I wouldn't get the girth I want (7 inches). I read everywhere that girth is harder to get than length. Now I am scared that I won't get the length I want (9 inches - I am at 7" now), and I'm still scared that I will plateau with my girth gains, but right now I am gaining, which feels great. So anyone that is new, stick to the newbie routine for 2-3 months then get a Bathmate.
Anyone interested in tips for girth needs to check out Redzulu's posts or Dan Clizers (dude gained 1.75" girth in 10 months!!!)
I'm going to make a proper thread of my progress when I have some time to do it up right.
I hope to hell my girth gains keep coming, and I hope to hell I figure out length work too.
Also, I have not done length work in 3 weeks, just focusing on girth, and the majority of the gains came during this time.

Thanks for the info. I have been very tempted to get a Bathmate, but for me it is not as practical as an air based pump. I share a bathroom you see. Besides, I have heard many good things about the DP-4000. Yes it is quite expensive, but IMO it is worth it because of the flexibility it offers. Basically it is a computerised, programable pump that allows you to set up a cycle of steps at different levels of pressure. I had a converstaion with Dr Richard Howard from maleenhancementcoach.com and he highly recommends this product. Regardless, I will check out those threads you mentioned :)

Though I've been following pegym now and then since more than
an year now, got myself on MOS
now.

I've been on the above average side, when it comes to my size. I remember
telling a friend of mine an year ago that
I'm 6.5'' in length and around 5'' in
girth. I've never Penis Enlargement'd religiously, though
now and then, for a few weeks and off
from it. But I now have a7.1'' long dick with 5.25 inches in girth, with harder
erections. I attribute it to a few things. 1. Penis Enlargement, using olive oil.
2. Following strictly healthy diet since 2
years. No I dont starve, I just take care
of what and when I eat.
3. My will to get a fitter body, I
workout 6 days a week and include good sessions of cardio as well. A bout
of illness kept me away from the gym
for 3 months, I gained like 5kgs of fat.
Trying to get back in groove now. They
say, more the fat smaller the penis
looks. Its correct. The fat on pubic bone does make some of your unit to stay
invisible under the skin.
But I must also say, the gains I had in
my size before I gained 5kgs remained
intact after the period of 3months. So
the gains are more or less, permanent. 4. I've quit smoking. Bad, really bad for
anything you can think of in your body.
5. multi vits, arginine, bcaa.
