If you are looking for both length and girth then you will need to employ a routine that trains both. The Newbie Routine is a great place to start but I would forego the jelqing for BathMate/SSJ Girth program (SRT 5x5x3). I would not go beyond the 5x5x3, that is plenty to gain girth. I also highly recommend that you read through the SRT Routine to pick up some very important tips on training. Things like Bundled Stretches before training, Expressive Stretches to bring out internal penis, Erect Stretching to cement length gains, using ACE and Rings to retain size while healing and many other important things. It is also the best routine to use after you have become accustom to penis enlargement.

thanks. How do you perform behind the cheeks stretches and also SSJ. Do you grip the base of your penis with an OK grip and the other hand under the glan and then push with your hand as if you are crushing a can of pepsi? Finally, should I go fully erect while pumping or not?

You can also put the palm of your other hand on top of your glans and "crush" your penis that way or isolate a certain area by moving around the shaft.

BTC are similar to this stretch, except that you stretch left, center and right as opposed to rotate:

Are there any manual stretches I can do between Bathmate sessions in the morning & evening.

My current daily routine is:

Morning -
4 x __________ stretches (30 sec each)
9 x Bundled stretches (all directions 30 sec)
4x BTC stretches (30 sec)
2 each of A & V stretches (30 sec)
3 sizeblasters (60 sec each)
5 min Bathmate (I always use the Vacuvin mod)
1-2 min SSJ

1-2 SSJ
5 min Bathmate
Apply cock ring after

Afternoon-
Kegel routine (100 quick/50 5 sec holds/1 60 sec hold)

I would say your length exercises are just fine, you covering all you need to cover but 2 things Expressive Stretching and Erect Stretching. Both play an important roll in gaining length. First, there is much penis that is inside your body, for most men anywhere between 3-6 inches of internal penis. Expressive Stretching brings these gains outward and greatly add to the size you will gain. You will find many Expressive Stretches in the SRT Thread. The Erect Stretching will be important in cementing erect, length gains. I would do Erect Stretching for 5-10 minutes 3 times a week. Expressive Stretching should be done in every length workout, 5 minutes worth is great, 10 is even better.
 
Thanks for the response but don't the erect sizeblasters and BM hardcore stretches (forgot to mention these) in my current routine count as expressive/erect stretches.

Yes, the Hardcore Stretches are definitely a Expressive Exercise. The SRT SizeBlasters can help with expression but more for general girth and length. So with that said, you are looking 100%!
 
I still get red dots after pumping, even after 5 min only. I didn't pump for 3 days and my dick still has dots, but now they are purple. Any idea on how to pump without getting these dots

Are you jelqing in between each BathMate set? This is important to evenly distributing blood throughout the penis, no allowing blood to coagulate and cause spotting and bruising. Once you do have bruising it is very important to not train until the bruise yellows, 3 days tops, before going back at it. Warm ups and warm downs will also be beneficial in combatting spotting and bruising. One thing you should know is that red spots will be with you through your entire PE when you approach a intense exercise, eventually they will subside but expect them with increases in intensity.
 
how can I increase girth size if I can pump only 1 day then take 3 days off. My penis has a darker color at some place now, even after a week off pumping
 
Do you do warm-up/downs, how long, what exactly? Do you do bundled stretches before pumping? Have you tried using less pressure?
 
I warm up for 5-10 minutes using a rice sock, then 5 minutes in the bath. During these 5min I stretch from every angle and then pump at low pressure for 5 minutes. After that, my penis already has purple dots and now they are bigger than dots, like 2 big purple spots. I just don't know what to do, I was able to pump without these dots for the first 2 weeks but since then they wont leave. I really like the expansion I get from the pump. Do you think its possible to gain one inch in girth and size with manual exercises only and without extensive routine (30 min a day?)

The BathMate will cause discoloration if used too long too early. It will not cause spot bruising though, I assume this happened through hand work. Discoloration in the BathMate will not appear as a bruise, it will darken the entire penis shaft from the circa. down. But for arguments sake, lets say this is coming from the BathMate I would take preventive measures now and healing measures immediately. One thing I see that you are not doing is using the jelq (or similar) in between your pumping sets, this is a preventive measure to avoid discoloration. You can also pre-work your penis before starting the set through Bundles Stretches. If none of this helps remember, I did not have a BathMate when I made most of my girth gains. They did take longer than average but it happened. After 10 years of constant training I got from 4.75 to 6.5" and I finally got the BathMate which brought me to 6.7 very quickly (within 2 months).
 
I am looking to add an extra 5-10 minute manual stretch routine in the middle of the day, but I'm not sure which exercises will benefit me the most.

The exercises I do in the morning are:

Bundled stretches (with extra tunica stretch by holding and pulling the base)
Behind the cheek stretches
Behind the cheek whilst squatting stretches

Can anyone recommend the best length exercises to do in a 5-10 minute in the afternoon (I'm not sure about extra girth exercises as I already use the Bathmate for 2 sessions each day and length is personally more important to me).

An extra question relating the 5x3 Bathmate session is do I just do the SSJ "between" sets as in I don't do them after exiting the pump for the 3rd 5min session. So far I've been putting the cock ring straight after exiting the 3rd time as I assume some expansion would be lost doing SSJ after the final set then putting the cock ring on.

If you are looking to add in 10 minutes midday I suggest going through the newbie basic stretches since they will hit every angle on gain that is possible. Just modify the sets or time to fit into the 10 minute session.

what should I do? Stop for a few weeks? And I'm definitly sure that the dots are due to pumping because I didn't do any manual work for girth after I bought my bathmate. My goals are 1 inches in girth and length too. Do you really think that 15 min stretching each day is enough to make gains or I should buy an extender? I have a busy schedule and I don't have enough time to do a penis workout every day so I'm trying to find out what would be the best way to reach my goals without dangerous exercises or lengthy workout

You are going to get red spots with girth work, it is almost unavoidable but they are temporary and will fade over 24 hours. Using your BathMate I would stick with the SRT 5x5x3 routine and if this is too much you can trim time from it. As far as length goes, if you do not have the time to stretch you will want a SizeGenetics or Phallosan to do the work for you. Please look at the SRT thread and let me know if I can help further.

Very good way to end even if it does take on 1 more rep. Best to end the session with the SlowSquashJelq so any remaining fluid is dispersed. Thanks for that addition as it never made it to my mind....good work!
