Do I do everything on this post at once? (Sorry if it's a stupid question, I'm really new) or do I do the manual stretches, then the hardcore stretches one day and the next day I do the super sets? Reply please, thanks.

Just read DLD's post (number 175).

Hi. I just started the Bathmate routine & started with the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) with ssj's 5 min I'm between. My question is can I jelq 5 minutes instead of ssj's. My intention is to minimize water retention.. Any advice is appreciated.. Tnx. Girthnteen in&out.!

I just got my pump yesterday so I haven't started any kind of routine yet but, this looks like really good info. Thanks

This is the best routine to start with if you have a BathMate, it is a modified version of the Newbie Routine.

Bathmate is here......I hav a question tho.....if I was to use the bathmate alone....could I gain permanent size faster than how I would if I'm jus doing manual exercises ?

Don't concentrate on doing things faster, concentrate on the gains that will last. I keep seeing that question everywhere and all I can think is... he's gonna f* himself up trying to rush things.

I agree with you, many guys rush things and end up with an injury that keeps them out of the game for some time. PE needs to be intense but intensity should be added progressively. In the beginning less intensity is needed to make gains but as gains slow intensity needs to be increased. Going straight for maxim,m intensity in the beginning could mean not only injury but missing out on gains that are possible in the lower parts of the intensity. There should never be a rush, PE, not matter what, takes time and men should settle in for the long run.

Hey DLD, just got a bathmate. I am completely new to this. I was excited to try it and got in the tub right away. I noticed it lost suction easily? You describe doing it dry with water in the chamber? Are there any more detailed instructions on how to do that? And/or the stretches? Don't know what some of those are. Thanks!

Update: I'm re-reading your post and just want to be sure. These are the steps simply?

1. warmup
2. stretch
3. jelq then pump for 5 to 10 min (2 sets)
4. warm down
5. kegle

Is tthat righ?

Hey D What do you think of this routine, The newbie stretchings+Bathmate hardcore stretches.maybe in the PM SSJ +10 mins of pumping and finishing whit the kegels... Thanks

DLD can you tell me approximately how long should be worked in this way to see gains?

Apparently the bathmate can help you out a lot:)

If you could get two inches approximately in six months with bare hands, I think with bathmate you can add two inches in three or four months, more or less...

mmm maybe an inch in two months whit the bathmate but who knows hope so..besides we cant use for no more than 15 mins..and thers a reason for that

Ton of jelqs and 15 min of pumping can do some serious work I think...

mm im a bit tired of jelqa i think the SSj are much better and can replace the basic jelquin,30 mins of ssj +10mins of pumping can be great i think

Yeah, that's the ultimate work 5x5x3
but for newbies this is great with only basic jelqing

I advise you to do the stretches from the newbie routine. As far as your jelq routine goes I advise you to go with 5 minutes pumping and then 5 minutes jelqing and repeat 3 times. If you look through the SRT thread you can read more about the specifics of the routine and smart ways to gain and the heal.

I'm not getting any "temp gains" from my Bathmate Hercules. I've shaved my pubes, warmed up with stretching and jelqing before each use, and while I'm in the Bathmate I get good suction and seal, but yet when I come out of it my penis looks like it hasn't gotten any pump at all. I've read a lot of reviews saying that guys get a good pump, or their penis looks much bigger temporarily, and lasting for hours after their first use, but yet I'm not. Is this normal?
