There are several good supplements around, like Swedish Flower Pollen (unless you're allergic to bee products), Tongkat Ali has good benefits as well.
Hydration plays a huge part in the volume of your cumshot. Balanced diet with lots of good vegetables and fruits helps. Celery has been said to be good for semen quantity. From fruits pineapple can make your load taste better.

Anyhow, the answer to your question; I am very doubtful any supplements or program (a strict diet for example) would give you the result show in the video.

Bro, I have tried it all and the truth is there is no combo better then Clomid, Lecithin, and water. Take 100mcg of Clomid for a week straight and keep drinking water. Truthfully the Clomid by itself is insane, but if you put it with Lecithin I swear I was cumming more. I can literally feel a thick glob cumming sometimes after I already shot like 3 ropes. My orgasms last way longer also. When I don't have enough water it's much thicker and a little more intense, but its still a lot. Clomid is the truth though, but you have to drink plenty of water. Clomid sounds interesting, but looks like it is a medication you'd need a doctor's referral. Of course that can be bypassed in many ways.
Overall, a bit of a "overkill" maybe, Clomid seems like a medication for couples looking to get a baby. A good look out anyway, I might try it one day.

Lecithin I do have and I suggest getting the Sunflower variety instead of soy based products. (From what I recall, soy produces estrogen as in fine for some females, but definitely not great for many of us men.)

And naturally water is very essential.

Just "wishing" I could stick to what I preach! :-D For me, taking the Lecithin is the difficult part, hydration is so-so. From my own experience the Swedish Bee Pollen extract has helped.
Many of the main points have been discussed;

1. Hydration. Water is the best, natural sugarless beverages after that. Caffeine and alcohol dehydrate = remember to balance.

2. Good diet. Lots of vegetables and fruits help, especially if your partner likes to swallow. On a "happy day", it's best to avoid very spicy ingredients.

3. Supplements. The "over the top" feeling. Lecithin, bee pollen, zinc supplements (best to have copper in the zinc supplement), male fenu greek (there's a difference), dong quai (called female ginseng, but has been in several semen enhancing products). Maca is a nice product, but needs to be cycled, like many products anyhow.

Update: I think red clover may actually be good for the prostate and that could be why. This also means that the high dose used may actually be useful. You want an extract with isoflavones. A year long study showed 60 mg was helpful to the prostate without harming male sexual characteristics.

So in the program I listed the useful items were probably lecithin, saw palmetto and red clover. The rest probably were not useful. That person responded only after adding saw palmetto and probably simply corrected high DHT. So I'm back to the drawing board on giving an ordinary person giant loads. That person may have had the potential already and like many other lucky people just had to fix a problem. BUT after this and much other research I do have what I believe is a complete list of which items are generally useful for increasing loads. Yet while cutting through the excess. So that's pretty cool:

Luteinizing Hormone
Testosterone
Reduced DHT, improving your prostate in general

Components
Water
Lecithin

Nutritive
Too many to list, but zinc is a major one.

All those big giant load stacks you see basically break down to the 5 simple items above (plus basic nutritional needs). So first eat lots of grains and veggies, and take zinc to be safe. Especially if you have unusually small loads or some other related health problem.

Luteinizing Hormone: The simplest (but dangerous) way is HCG. Clomid, etc., etc. also increase it. Fenugreek, maca, etc. also increase it a bit, and more safely though perhaps not as strong. And these are more indirect; they may actually increase response to LH instead of increasing LH.
Testosterone: Increasing LH ups this too. In fact increasing T directly decreases LH and usually shrinks loads. But if you have problems with low T this one is worth noting. Correcting a zinc or other deficiency is often related too.

Celery, horny goat weed, ginseng, etc.,etc., and all the million other libido herbs are likewise related to T or LH. Zinc megadoses act weakly like T but probably aren't worth the trouble compared to better ways of boosting T. Just get enough zinc for your needs.

Reducing DHT: Taking the drug for this seems to overdo it and/or have other negative sexual sides. In fact it seems to actually be the conversion of T to DHT and filling the appropriate T receptor that seems to be important. If the substance simply stops the conversion without filling the receptor it may decrease loads. So saw palmetto and pygeum extracts seem to be best for this in practice, rather than the strong drugs (before even considering the bad side effects). Other prostate items like pumpkin seeds, flower pollen, etc. help a little.

Water: Spread it out throughout the day for best absorption. Get at least a little sodium each day; even though too much is bad a little is as necessary for life as water is.

Lecithin: 1200-10,000 mg a day is often used. The program I mentioned used 7,200 mg. 3,600-7,200 mg is probably best, and the upper end doesn't hurt. But even 1,200 mg can make a big difference in those who need it.

Nutritive: I wouldn't bother with aminos (including L-arginine) because you can easily get enough from diet. And taking a bunch at once hurts your stomach and only helps a little more compared to getting the minimum. Try pumpkin seeds instead for good aminos. Avoid too much dairy since it has a bad amino acid profile. Other than that you should get plenty from food. Even with dairy as long as you get enough of other foods. In general lots of whole grains and veggies are healthiest. This one is mainly for health/sexual problems though and usually the person just needs zinc. Others without sexual problems don't benefit as much.

So best load stack I can figure out so far:
600-2,000 mg 50% saponin fenugreek or shatavari extract
320 mg saw palmetto extract
250+ mg beta sitosterol and/or pygeum extract
60 mg red clover isoflavones
Water, 8+ cups well spread out
7,200 mg lecithin, spread out
30 mg zinc.

Adding up to 500 iu HCG to all of the above might help more. But it's dangerous and illegal. Too much can even cause permanent damage and then your balls stop working altogether. Plus the above already does quite a bit safely and I'm not sure HCG would necessarily add a lot on top of that. It may simply bring you the rest of the way to your limit (which might not be that much further) at the cost of all that huge risk.

SPE, beta sitosterol and RC might be rejiggered to boost the prostate in other ways. But I Picked this combo because they seem to work in 2-3 different ways so hopefully they combine well. Or at least hit all possible options even if you personally don't need all 3. Just SPE or beta sitosterol may do it, for example.

Again still haven't found the way to go from normal to giant loads, except for a few lucky people who respond well. But these do seem to help me somewhat so far, and some people take a month to get full results. So I'll keep going for a month and see if it does even more for me.

I found success with zinc and lecithin. Agreed about the water and celery (though that may just be mental)

Took 3 weeks to see marked results. And no one mentions the precum running like a faucet

Thanks for the support, I always need as much as possible. Yes, the discipline is key and commitment needs to be in reason (for me it is). I hope to eventually be done with it completely but the mind takes time to renew.
 
Update: Program has helped though loads still aren't huge.

While checking some studies that actually measured increase most substances don't give a big boost for the average person, in spite of the stories of some people who do get a huge boost. Typically in a study such and such gives 0.5 mL, if anything. Clomid for example is famous but does nothing for the average person, not even 0.5 mL. What work for the average person are proviron (drug), HCG (drug), arimidex (drug), maca and a little vitamin C (but normal diet is fine and megadosing won't help more). Only about 0.5 mL boost from each (and not necessarily more in combination). Certainly not worth the dangers of drugs. Abstinence I forget but I think it's about 1-1.5 mL the first couple days and 0.2 mL per following day. But it continues for a long time at that low rate; it doesn't really level off. So... holding it in for weeks is a viable though maybe not practical option. Increasing prolactin showed a decrease in almost every study I found, even when in combination with boosting other hormones. But decreasing prolactin too low also decreased volume. One study showed a temporary increase in sperm but not volume before the decrease. At best tweaking it up or down slightly (not too much) to the proper level might be a small help.

I'm going to add some maca to what I posted before in hopes of a little more. Plus it feels way better in spite of the small volume increase, so that's a big plus. The emphasis on was ...

At that time, when I did, I think the main things were proper hydration and bee pollen. That's about it. Bee pollen, yes! Diet wise I've always been a mixed guy, I eat meat and vegetables, trying to maintain somekind of an balance.
If one doesn't have allergies related to bee products, it's a fine idea to give bee pollen a try.
Effects can take a while to come, depending on few aspects. (Prior diet, exercising etc..)
I've seen it available in caps and it's a good idea to take the dose sparingly during the day.
I would say 1 caspsule in the morning, then 1 by midday and one by evening. Dosing can vary due to bodyweight.

It's also available as a powder and that way you can make your own capsules, mix it to yoghurt, juice etc..

I guess I'm repeating myself if one goes through these threads, but I do feel bee pollen was one of the biggest enhancers for me! Along with proper hydration, naturally. ;)
One can build quite the stack of possible enhancers, but I'd just give the pollen a try. From what I recall certain bee pollen capsules had this "loading phase" where you took a bit more of the capsules and after the loading phase was over, just 1-3 capsules daily was a fine dose.

I found that one, pretty high on Google results, seemed to be quite decent pack of information.

Of course there was the the thing about possible fungi and parasites etc., but so far I haven't had ill effects regarding taking bee pollen.

In my own mind I see it as being concentrated nutrients which the body can utilize well. I'm not very scientific guy, I play very much with "gut feeling."
There's always the Your Mileage May Vary -factor to many supplements. For me bee pollen and good amount of water seemed to boost my system a lot.

Apart from bee pollen, I'd say Zinc and Lecithin are quite big on the volume. Some have reported about Pygeum, but I think my course with Pygeum wasn't long enough.
For now I'm mainly just sticking with regular food and multivitamin, that's about it.
I do look forward to getting back on a certain stack and to get those bigger ejaculations; my pelvic floor muscles are strong enough at least.
