Exactly as RED said, no disrespect enrikxl! But more so technique does play a big part in whether you get a lot of turkey neck, a little or none at all.
Looking at the pictures of the unit I find it difficult that Phallosan could cause turkey necking.
But surely Julian can answer in a more solid way, perhaps there is scientific data? Overall, keeping your base "tucked" in whatever exercise you do should minimize the possibility of turkey neck.
