Yeah, definitely. Not as much as length, but girth gains are hard to make. I've gained somewhere between 1/4" - 1/2" around the base.

In all the clinical trials I read, girth gains were minimal. For greater girth gains, you'll want to try some of the more traditional Penis Enlargement exercises like jelqing, clamping, pumping, etc.

Be really careful with clamping. Although the theory behind it makes sense, if done improperly, it can cause permanent damage to the dick.

If you're going to use a pump, be really careful to pump to just slightly larger than your erect size. If you pump til your dick gets fat, then you will have burst blood vessels and that extra size will be just fluid in your dick. By breaking these vessels, you will have stopped putting pressure on the 3 tunica, so there will be no long term benefit anyway, and you will be risking long term erection problems.

I have been using SG for about 2yrs 3 months now unfortunately I bought mine for the $300+ before I even came upon MOS though it was available at a discount here until long after I had purchased mine.

I haven't done very much Penis Enlargement..some but not much so you could say almost all of my gains have been from SG. I started at 6.5 bpel and am somewhere between 8.25 and 8.5 bpel now so nearly or at 2" gain for me over 2 yrs. As far as girth I can't locate the sheet I was tracking on at the moment however I believe I started at around 5 5/8" and am now 6"

I actually started off way stronger than I should have on SG using it early on for 6 to 8 hours and a lot of gains came in the first 6 months. Now I try to get in 4 to 6 hrs a day. I also pull mine beyond the stretch capacity having developed my own velcro system again before I'd seen it mentioned here. Mine isn't a noose but is instead a strap that I use that allows me to sort of hook it low then back up and around..hard to describe but it lets me re-attach very easy and make it very taunt quick. When I pull myself in I push down into the soft plate and stretch hard so mine stays at 1500 plus because i'm not really using the springs hehe..it's literally just pulled tight as shit ;)

If ya can stand the pain it's worth the gain...gl
