whats a good pc strengthening routine? i want to strengthen my pc muscle to the max so that i can have stronger harder and longer lasting erections. thanks.
For me, I started doing the PC workout once per day but eventually I worked up the endurance to go ALL DAY. I squeeze while driving, working, showering, walking, fuck I think I even do them in my sleep.
I gained from about a week of the newbie routine stretches, and 3 weeks of Bathmate usage (no stretches). See my progress thread in my signature to see exactly what I did.

If you are referring to me, see the above sentence I actually only focused on gaining length for that first week, the rest of the time I've solely been focused on girth, so the length gain is a nice bonus.
