I'm not sure how anybody who understands the physiology of the penis (or has even seen a diagram of the internal and external structure) can debate the validity of LOT theory.

With that said, LOT theory just tells you in what direction to stretch if you want to see the QUICKEST gains. If you want to gain a few inches, you'll need to stretch in every direction anyways at some point, to gain length of both ligs and tunica.
 
In that case then is it best to target one of the areas or both ligs and tuncia for best gains?

Or would u see best gains from working both?
 
As far as the LOT theory is concerned, any stretch that is above your LOT is tunica specific. Stretching could be upward rotaries, simple upward or angular stretching above your LOT, A-Stretches at high angles, etc. As far as Hanging goes you will want to do OTS stretches or any other high angle hanging (hardly makes sense when you consider gravityLOL) I suggest reading over LOT Theory thoroughly as Bib is very clear on his descriptions of angular effect.
So straight up and not down will target tunica and increase erection angle? If I have a low erection angle I should stretch up and do kegels?

Upward stretching targets tunica but more importantly you want to concentrate on downward and behind the cheeks as these elongate the ligament which leads to faster growth

ok I understand, we’ll I only own the phallison forte for now Till in can buy one here. But the belt only stretches to the right or the left not down like the penimaster pro or silistrecher. Plus I sit down most days. If I sit down most of the time do you suggest I use the rod system when sitting or the belt?

Very conflicting. Downward stretching is the fastest way to grow and there is no limit to how long you can become. I made the most gains of anyone and 90% of my work was downward stretching using the LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging. Getting in upward stretches requires a LengthMaster because it allows you to stretch with extreme power. Hands and extenders will never do the job...just too weak
