Haha well Like I keep saying it's great to be back and I'm staying. This is the most consistent I've ever been with PE. Coming up to 4 months of solid clamping and work in the SG. Consistency always cost me so I've just manned the fuck up and got real with myself!

That's the dream size! I give myself until the 8th of june 08/06/16 to achieve it! In england we do the day then the month, unlike in the USA. That american way always confuses me! Same thing with Fahrenheit, we use Celsius!

I think it's good to lift and do PE because it means you are constantly progressing at something. I love that feeling of progression.
